    Location and overall public space.

The listing on booking said it had free parking, but it was full and we were then told it is not guaranteed. The room was unacceptably tiny for the price. Only 1’ on side and end of bed and about 18-24” on the other side. One pillow per bed, 1 extra tiny soap and shampoo, no floor mat. We expected free continental breakfast due to the first comment in the listing from the hotel explaining breakfast is included in the room rate. It is very clear to us that others expected the same as the first comment from the hotel clerk was “You know there’s no breakfast included.?” We felt this room should’ve been priced closer to $50 or $60 per night not $180.00+. Please remove that comment or have the hotel stand behind its words. Thank you.

Shower was far from okay, water going everywhere, it smelled really bad, there was black mould between shower doors. Management really needs to take care off this.

Breakfast and bar were great. Also, the staff were helpful and kind.Location was good

Can't do much as the room was so tiny. We didn't have any space. Just the bare necessities.

    Only the location

The rooms are two small for two people. If u only have a handbag then it is ok otherwise there is just no space to open Ur suitcase or even move around. No toiletries are provided. U have to get Ur own. The windows too r unclean so u cannot enjoy the view.

Good parking, reasonable price for Iceland, walkable to city center/15-20 minutes, supermarket nearby, easy drive to airport, about 45 minutes

Beds were too narrow for two average width people. No bathroom accessories. "One size washes all" soap.

A bit farther away, but a quiet place. Overall fine for a shorter stay

Really small rooms with quite limited space to move around and no real possibility to open up suitcases. The beds were narrower, probably adjusted to the room size. In this case, I would probably recommend bunk beds instead – but wider ones. As for the shower, a handheld showerhead would be much more convenient, so a person can wash the whole body and not just the head with the overhead shower

Reserved a room with a double bed. Upon check-in, we were given a room with three single beds. We asked for a different room and were given one with two single beds and told to push them together and it "would be the same thing". It's not, but it's what we were stuck with. The blankets were too small, only one pillow per person, and the heat in the room couldn't be turned off so it was hot even with the window open.

The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower—it felt like a waterfall. The location is very good—a 25-minute walk to the center.

The room was very small. For two people, each with luggage, it would be very cramped. The breakfast isn't even remotely worth the €13—better to eat on the way into the city center. The walls are very thin.

Loction, breakfast included, helpful staff. Just in case, the middle rooms have windows that open to the hallway, so thats interesting.

Ventilation was a bit lacking and shower was an experience (small, but thats ok, and it has not the detachable head). But then again - you get what you pay for.

The hotel was able to accommodate our luggage before and after our stay, common area was nice, bartender was very kind, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking was a nice surprise and even though it was full when we got in, street parking was easy to find and very close.

The rooms were small but not unexpected in a Eurpean-stye hotel. Each bed had exactly everything needed (light, USB ports, plugs, table).
