The room was clean. The bed was very good to sleep in.

This room was more like a walkin closet with no tv no desk

Hotel was part of busy restaurant. Rooms were clear and nice. I was a bit afraid of parking in the center, however it was not a problem at all, it was easy to find space in the streets around.

Very central location and a 5 minute walk down to the harbour area. Worth popping into the Hof, Conference Centre, where the ladies on the Tourist Informatoin Desk were very helpful with what to do locally. Large public carpark behind the hotel, small charge betweeen 10a.m. - 4p. m. Monday to Friday only. The breakfast buffet was fine (eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cheese, cooked meats etc.) Drinks are expensive unless you opt for the 4p.m. to 6p.m. Happy Hour.

The room needed black out curtains. There wasn't anywhere to put your bar of soap in the shower

We had a great stay! The hotel is centrally located. The restaurant and bar is very welcoming. Parking is easy. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and they went the extra mile for us.

Room located at third floor with elevator out of order due to the fact the building is still under renovation. All building seems to be still under construction and this was not announced at the reservation time. Just one small towel for two people was available (in addition to the two big towels) The restarurant of the hotel, despite the kitchen was closing at 11:00 pm, was not able to find a table for two people when we came in around 8:00 pm

Nothing!

We booked two rooms and specifically requested that they be close to each other. Instead, the hotel placed us in rooms that were far apart, in completely separate buildings. To make things worse, there was ‘NO LIFT’ and one of the rooms was on the 4th FLOOR! We had three large 23kg suitcases, and it was impossible to carry them up the stairs. We ended up having to change in our car and only bring essentials up and down the stairs, which was incredibly inconvenient. When we asked the staff for help or at least a room change, we were told the standard line: “All rooms are booked, nothing can be done, room allocation is not in our hands.” There was no effort made to accommodate our request or even offer alternatives. The whole experience was frustrating and uncomfortable, and we ended up checking out early the next morning.

Very comfortable bed and clean room & bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No coffee or kettle in room. Check in was very strange in the bar area of attached restaurant.

New reno smell; the room is so small that two people can barely turn around. There is one double bed and a rack with a fridge underneath and that’s all a room has. No rack to put toiletries in the shower

Room pretty small for 4 guests Once the sofa bed is open , cannot move anymore around
