United KingdomI had to get a taxi from the Airport after taking the FlyBus from Reykjavik. Although only a few minutes away the Taxi was over £20 GBP ($26). It would be good to have a shuttle the other way if at all possible? Even for a fee.

United StatesEverything was great other than being an airport hotel ,it should have food (not just crisps etc.) available around the clock as people's flights come in late and my daughter was hungry and there was no warm meal to be had. Also travel personal items for sale like deodorant and mouthwash should be available- ours was taken at airport for beingbtoo big . So although the facility was great as was the staff amazing- the hotel wasn't taking into account that it's a hotel designated to service the airport passengers.

United KingdomThe view out of the window wasn't the best as I like to be able to see something other than cars and buildings. There was only one chair in the room for 2 people.There was a bottle opener and an ice bucket but no glasses for a drink.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a bonus. The facilities were what we expected. We did not have time for breakfast due to an early morning flight. The room was spacious and warm but we could have had a better view out of the window, which is really important to me.

We booked this because we could return our hire car to Mycar just across the road, a short walk to this hotel. Very comfortable room, I especially liked the design of the bathroom. Large bed sizeable room and good night's sleep. Also free shuttle to the airport which is very close by so no panic about being there on time. Will definitely visit again.

United KingdomI've stayed here multiple times and will always stay here whenever I have a late/early flight. It is the best hotel near the Keflavik airport by far. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy. And the sound isolation is great. You can have a peaceful night of sleep here.

We stayed for one night before our flight in the morning. It was a few minutes drive to drop off the rental car which made the hotel an ideal location. The room was quiet and spacious with comfortable beds. There was even a pleasant view from our fourth floor room at 12 am!

United StatesMaybe have a more affordable way to get to town. The Taxi’s are ridiculously expensive and Iceland does not have Uber.
The breakfast was nice. Most of all, we were so impressed with Maria and Patricia at the front desk. They were so hospitable and go above and beyond. When my wife and I talk about Iceland, we will remember the hotel for these two employees.
