Self check-in & out was very convenient & easy. Room was clean, comfortable & in a great location.

The noise from outside. Could possibly use a fan to circulate air & provide white noise.

Central location, easy to find near good transport links. Luggage storage facility and ice maker. Clean and comfortable.

Location was good.

Too expensive. Iceland is out of their minds what they charge for things.

Location was in a residential neighbourhood, about 10 minutes walk from the shopping street, with a great view of the ocean and mountains on the way. Convenient parking at the back of the building, we never struggled to find space. Room was warm, with enough equipment for a comfortable stay. There's also basic cooking equipment provided, enough to make some simple meals. Easy check-in and check-out process. Good value (for Iceland). It was cheaper but not worse than other places we stayed on our trip.

When other guests were walking in their rooms and opening or closing their doors, the shelves in our kitchen would vibrate and the glasses and cups would make noise, which woke us up. We had to separate the glasses so they don't touch each other, and that resolved the issue, but our sleep was already disturbed.

The apartments are located in the city centre and therefore walkable distance from the main city attractions. The apartment was tidy and it was easy to get into when arriving.

We booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and had to set the sofa bed ourself. The hand soap and dishwashing liquid were diluted to the max. We also were provided with only a 1/4 of a toilet roll (no extra anywhere in the apartment).

Very small apartment, bathroom flooded when showering, washing machine expensive & didn’t work anyway. When reported staff basically said they’d see about getting it fixed.

Parking and self check-in were very useful. The apartment is close to the city centre, in 20 minutes you can arrive at Harpa, Laugavegur, Hallgrímskirkja by walk. The rooms was very clean.

Lot of noise if you have the room at the floor

Interior could have been better. I had stayed in 8 locations in iceland . This was not up to the mark

Short walk to attractions. Many good restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

The washing machine is on the basement floor and it's for use from 8am to 9pm only.

The luggage storage space was on stairs that weren't wide enough and all the luggage fell down when trying to retrieve yours. The 1/2 bathroom was only a urinal. So 5 of us being female could only use one bathroom and share it with dad. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our stay. Towels were all damp. The description said there was a washer and dryer in the apartment but it was in the basement and you had to pay.

Cleanliness, in particular in the bathroom there was a very unpleasant smell (probably the shower drain and drapes)

Small studio apartment was functional and economical. The front desk attendant was very attentive and particularly helpful helping us figure out the payment system for the laundry. Convenient location for walking around town.
