Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IcelandThe prize of the room is rather high. At the reception there were some language difficulties but it was not a problem.
Breakfast was fine. Room was clean, nice looking and of comfortable size. A bench for two suitcases is a bonus. The hotel was extremely well situated for guests at the music festival which was the case. The dinner we had was exellent an so was the service.

Hong KongThe breakfast is one of the best among all the hotels we stayed in Iceland. The staff went out of their way to serve you. I left my notebook computer charger in the hotel. I had to leave on cruise the next day. They found it and sent it to Fosshotel Reykajvik so that I can pick it up after my cruise and on my way to London.
