The room was a good size and had the most comfortable bed of our trip. The size was large for a family of 3 and the bathroom had a heated floor. Enjoyed the shared common area and the admission to the lagoon. It was very clean and quiet and wish we’d stayed another night.

LOVED this place, and I wish we could stay longer. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, laundry & kitchen & coffee available in a common room, and access to the Lagoon included. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the location is lovely.

Nothing, everything was really nice

Comfy beds, very clean room, great shower, and a nicely equipped large (shared) kitchen space and refrigerator where each room had it's own dedicated space. Being next to the lagoon with unlimited access and towels provided was a nice bonus! So great to relax after a hiking day, and being able to sleep in a quiet and comfortable room.

Exceptional! After a long drive, we checked into our beautiful apartment and were able to chill in the lagoon. The hosts let me check in earlier- that was very kind of them! Beautiful rooms with a shared kitchen. Super calm at night. I loved strolling around. Strongly recommend!

The whole experience is awesome. The 4 cabins with shared communal kitchen far exceeded the expectations and was just delightful. The room was large and comfy, the kitchen was super well stocked with everything you could ever need. The bonus was VIP entry to the Secret Lagoon hot springs which was such a treat.

Our door was squeaky which probably annoyed our housemates and one of the curtains needed to be charged in order to come down, pungent smell in common area (maybe from previous guests) and many flies coming in through open window. Fly situation needs to be managed - fly spray for all to use would be helpful.

Beautiful location, loved that Secret Lagoon, robe and slippers were included, airy, spacious room, and very nice kitchen.

Can't even comment on this- it was all wonderful.

Everything about this stay was amazing. We were not expecting such luxury in a shared setting- but the room felt as though were the first to have ever stayed- the floors were heated, everything was spotless and clean, the bathroom modern and well appointed, towels, linens, excellent blackout curtains/privacy, and the common area had everything travelers would need thoughtfully provided- including the ability to cook a meal and do laundry in a very nice setting. Access to the Secret Lagoon was seamless and an amazing amenity- can't recommend this location and accommodation enough- a true gem along the 11 days we traveled Iceland!

The grounds is very busy with it being next to the secret lagoon so parking on arrival was an issue as needed to wait for a space, however you cant hear the crowds when in the Guesthouse.

This was one of our favourite places to stay on the trip. The facilities were amazing and room and shared spaces so clean. Beds were extraordinarily comfortable and blinds and curtains were black out.

I could not fault this place. Four bed sits with sofas, eating and sleeping areas off a big, immaculate, fantastically equipped kitchen. Outdoor eating area and on top off this free unlimited access to The Secret Lagoon. Perfect.

Only minor feedback I will to the hotel management is to place a prominent sign about the accommodation. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place as the lagoon is clearly visible but the property signage is kind of hidden.

The staff is very friendly. They checked us in fast and gave a good tour of the property - answered all questions Admission to secret lagoon was included in the price - great value. We loved the experience Including Bathrobe and sandals was an additional touch. Super! Overall, a great property to stay and excellent value for the money we paid

Nothing to dislike! My favorite stay while in Iceland

I loved everything about this place. The kitchen and rooms were large and very nice, Super comfortable and I would have loved to stay longer. The secret lagoon is wonderful, tho, it opens at 10 am and most would want to be on the road by then. It closes at 8pm, never seemed to be enough time to enjoy it. Whatever time we had it was a very nice experience.

Amazing amazing amazing. Boutique high end rooms, cozy kitchen with unlimited amount of coffee, ginger tea, and large fridge, stove, oven, washer/dryer, etc. Very, very clean. Very modern. Access to the thermal spa from 10 AM to 7 PM during our time. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Beautiful grounds. Highly, highly recommend.

Kitchen is shared by 4 rooms. It can be little crowded and you may have to wait while others are preparing food and eating.

Spacious, very clean and nicely furnished room. Friendly staff. Free access to Secret Lagoon, also on a check-out day. About 1,5km to nearest village where are few restaurants and grocery shop. Fully equipped kitchen.

Everything was wonderful with our stay, including excellent communication with the staff. My only suggestion (not a criticism) would be if residents of the hotel could possibly access the hot springs an hour earlier in the morning and an hour later in the evening than the general public. We were there in mid-April when the daylight hours were getting longer, but the hot springs was still operating on winter hours.

Room was larger than expected with comfortable bed and fold-out couch (which actually felt like a cozy bed and not a couch) and included a private bathroom with heated floors. This was perfect for a family of four. Kitchen area was well stocked and shared with three other rooms. Everything was very clean. We loved the bathrobes and slippers provided to access the hot springs.

We had the room near the parking lot. It would be nice if the curtains weren’t see through because people can see right in the bedroom or bathroom window. There’s no privacy. Otherwise great location after a long day driving around the Golden Circle.

The room was comfortable and big enough for 4 people. We enjoyed using the kitchen facilities and it had all the necessary utensils and dishes needed. Juan who checked us in was very nice and explained everything throughly. We really enjoyed relaxing in the Secret lagoon and robes were provided. The staff were really nice.

We loved our stay at Garður Stay Inn! The access to Secret Lagoon is so nice- the hotel provided robes and water shoes and allowed us to shower in our room beforehand instead of in the busy public changing rooms. We found great food options within 10 minutes of the property. We loved that the room had a couch and not only a bed. The common kitchen and laundry area was clean, orderly and helpful. The only thing we did not like was that the room thermostat was not adjustable and was a bit too warm for our comfort. But we would definitely recommend to others and return again.

Amazing stay on the Golden Circle. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and you cannot beat being directly next to the Secret Lagoon!! Highly recommend!
