Loved the locations beautiful setting and style of the complex. Very nice modern, very clean, spacious rooms with balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a plus was the coffee machine one can pick any combination of coffees and chocolate. Would definitely stay there again.

We did find two spiders in our room. Now the rooms are on the ground floor so I understand they’ll come in. But they could’ve been cleaned between stays.

Very clean!! The rooms were quite spacious rooms, there was a beautiful private patio, and of course the hot tub! The breakfast spread was also incredible and all seemed very fresh.

The accommodation buildings are arranged in a circle, and there is a walk to access the reception/ restaurant. Not fun in the rain!

Excellent room with a lovely view. The TV had UK TV channels, which was a nice surprise! There are hot tubs x 4 between each accommodation building. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold foods, and was replenished regularly. We ate dinner twice in the restaurant- menu is limited but the dishes were very good. As with everywhere else in Iceland, the prices were on the expensive side. The hotel is not far from the attractions of the Golden Circle and Selfoss.

The 5 bedroom apartment did not come with a full kitchen, and the kitchenette provided was sparse (little kitchenware, no sink - had to wash cups in the bathroom).

The place was beautiful and spacious. We loved the hot tub and views and the excellent buffet breakfast that was included. Our 5 bedroom unit felt private even though we were attached to another unit. Lots of nice space to hang out in.

Depending on which unit, one might have a bit of a walk to the restaurant, which was fine for us but in a blizzard that might be less ideal.

The many thermal water hot tubs that are filled fresh each day. Quiet location. The food at the restaurant was the best we had during our 5 day stay in Iceland.

Extremely comfortable, clean and warm. Very friendly staff and a nice warm welcome at reception . Well positioned hot tubs with privacy and great views. Great to relax in after a busy day and to enjoy birdwatching. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

It was by far the best hotel we stayed in , hot tubs were wonderful, we enjoyed each night. Breakfast was luxurious and varied with lots of choices. The front desk people were great, we had our laundry done while there, and it came back clean and perfectly folded and quick! The room felt very luxurious. The robes were great for going to the hot tub. The hotel is a bit remote, so it would have been a good place to see the Northern lights, had it been clear skies.

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Mountain views from the room. Nicely appointed room. Not large but enough. Semi private outside seating area with the room. Only improvement could be a bit more comfortable bed. Note that rooms are in several different buildings arranged like a pinwheel. You will need to drive or walk to the main building for breakfast.

We enjoyed very much our stay, but we want just to make a point. We booked a two bedroom apartment, although we were just the two of us, but both bedrooms were very tiny, one even with a French size bed against the wall, tiny closets in both rooms and one tiny bathroom. 4 people would not really fit. And some little maintenance needs.

We have been already three times in the pass few years. The staff is very kind, the hotel is nicely decorated, very good breakfast and restaurant. Perfect location to visit the golden circle.
