The hotel was bland and had no ambience. Generic wash in bathroom. No smart TV. Dining room very bland. This hotel is for groups. Breakfast ordinary.

The hotel is in a small town easy to walk around and there are a few good restaurants in short walking distance. The room was clean.

Nice and cozy hotel. Check-in is fast. Location is convenient and near to restaurants, with lots of parking available. There is also a restaurant within the hotel where pre-reservation is needed. Good choice especially during low period where some restaurants are not opened. Room is decently big and comfortable. Food served at breakfast are slightly different from others. Love the herring. :)

The shower drain and the sink were clogged, otherwise it was clean. The style and facilities of the hotel is a bit dated. It resembles a communist get away paradise. The carpet made my eyes lose focus.

The bed was comfortable, the room was relatively big. The ballroom style breakfast area was a special experience. Unique building and the interior design choice is from the 70s I would say.

The room didn’t have a couch, just an awkward low table with four higher chairs.

As far as I could see, there was no bar.

The room was big and very clean. There were plenty of towels, shower gel and even a hair dryer. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast (included) had a great selection and it was easy for me to find something despite being vegan and gluten intolerant.

The hotel is a bit worn out. The decoration it's very poor.

The young Portuguese receptionist, it's very pleasant to find someone that speaks the fifth more spoken language in the world. He was very clear and professional, helpful and friendly.

The room seemed more like a dormitory than a hotel room. It's not bad, it just seemed they could use someone coming in to make it look better and make better use of the space. The hotel isn't really walking distance to restaurants, but is close to them by car.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk person was helpful and got us settled. Breakfast was okay but didn't have as many options as I would've liked. The breakfast manager also spoke sternly to two groups telling them to be respectful, not disrespectful, and asking one group to finish all of their food or take it with them as they had taken a lot which left others waiting for food (may not have been the first time they did it). I appreciate that he was taking care of both his staff and customers.

The location was perfect. The room and bathroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was alright, could have been better. Parking outside the hotel was alright, and two very nice restaurants with a walking distance. We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel.

One of the staff wasnt too helpful when we had a query but other than that i cannot fault this place.

We spent 7 days at 6 different hotels in Iceland. This was one of the best! We absolutely loved it! Best part was seeing the northern lights just outside the hotel. Lovely little town with the nicest people! Would go back!
