The location is good. And facility is clean

The room is too small for 4 people.

Good location. Car essential. Nice views of Vesterhorn.

Kitchen lacked enough sinks for number of people staying, as most people cooking meals. No milk in coffee machine; Black Cappuccino. Compared to other accommodation around the ring road, it was way overpriced for what was on offer. Hofn is expensive as on the South East of Iceland tourist trail. Not much choice of reasonably priced accommodation in this area.

Crowded lack of basics to accommodate travelers, upper stair common room shall be reduced to basic functional so as to give the space to rooms to make them meet decent conditions

Common bathrooms, and it is high price for the facilities provided

Decent location.

Doors did not close quietly or smoothly so all night you could hear doors closing, even after quiet hours. Not good for light sleepers.

There was a very large kitchen area shared for all the guests. 12 rooms in all.

There was only one bathroom on the second floor that had an outlet and only 1 hairdryer. And it was shared by 9 guestrooms. There was a second bathroom without an outlet where the sink water dripped. The bedroom room was very small and had no mirrors. The outlet in the bedroom was by the door and not by the beds.

Nothing

The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from other rooms and the floor above. The bathroom was not clean, and the whole place felt overcrowded. Despite this, guests are asked to remove their shoes, which makes no sense given how dirty the floors were. Doors are locked antique metal keys that often get stuck. Mosquitos got into the house, and there was construction machinery parked right next to the guest area, making the place feel unfinished.

Free automatic coffee juice dispenser. Big and spacious dining area. Two very friendly cats.

Due to nearby roadwork, the entry into property was more challenging.

Serviceable guesthouse, but a bit on the older side, and it can feel a bit unclean as a result.

The beds were comfortable

It doesn’t look like the photo. There is trash and broken down machinery all over outside. The access road to the facility was unstable

Easy checkin, great staff communication and clean

The area seems very expensive for accommodation compared to the rest of Iceland, so we didn’t feel it was value for money anywhere in this area. This was the only accommodation we stayed at with a shared bathroom and it was much more expensive.

The property is in a pretty good location. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is very clean. The staffs are very friendly.

We didn’t like the shower because there was a half door the water wetted the whole bathroom.
