There was no elevator so one needed to carry suitcases upstairs. Breakfast buffet was good but a little crowded.

Location was good and peaceful. The dinner Restaurant was good although the pizza was rather burnt. My lamb dish was very good.

There was a massive fly in our room upon arrival that we had to kill with a flip flop. The decoration and materials in the hotel room felt a bit cheaply made and the bathroom floor got pretty wet since there wasn't a physical division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom aside from the shower curtain itself. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but the pricing was a bit egregious so we opted to get it on the road instead.

We stayed here for a brief night in Höfn but were met with a nice and comfortable room after a long day of travel. They accommodated our request of having separate twin beds.

Unfortunately my bathroom had some mould on the walls The bathrooms are very small I could hear noises from the next door rooms through the walls There is no lift so be aware if you can’t carry your suitcases up potentially 3 stairs The hotel was very overpriced for what it was I just stayed the night as I did book late and really needed a place to stay and everything seemed to be booked in town.

The property is in a lovely area by the bay and there’s a great little path close by. You can walk easily around the town from the hotel to restaurants. Room view was nice and bed comfy. It is a basic hotel

Lovely restaurant on site. Hotel located by the sea. Nice decoration and very functional and welcoming. You walk directly to the port along the seafront.

The food at the Hótel restaurant was amazing and finger licking good. The staffs were quite friendly and only drawback would be the building do not have elevators to carry bags to your floor. however the reception staff helped us with one bag since we had 3 bags in total.

We were told breakfast was served until 10. We showed up at like 9:20 and they were out of several hot things like bacon and were told they weren’t making more. Many people came in after us too so they had even less options. If breakfast is j til 10 serve the full breakfast and don’t make people feel rushed when they’ve paid for the meal.

Great room, nice restaurant, reallllly friendly staff at reception upon arrival and the kids fell in love with the resident cat. We needed three single beds and they made sure to accommodate that set up perfectly our request. Beautiful views and location adjacent from water front. Our building had a little green space/playground behind it.

A very well maintained facility in a beautiful city. Perfect place to unwind after a long drive from Reykjavik.

No lift/elevator in the hotel so got to climb stairs. To reach first floor of rooms, you will still need to climb a flight of stairs and then climb a shorter flight of stairs.

Breakfast was decent. Staff helped carry my luggage as I was alone with a duffle bag and a heavy luggage.
