There was no shelving in the bathroom to store toothbrushes etc.

The bed was comfortable. The room size was good. A shuttle got us to the airport ahead of schedule.

No toiletries and no mini bar as advertised. No elevator so had to lug suitcase up the stairs. Tired and needs a bit of updating which I think they are doing.

My room was on the ground floor (good) but it was small. In my booking I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony. I didn’t get this. There was a problem with the shuttle service to the airport.

Location was excellent. One member of staff was helpful when my taxi booked by the hotel didn’t arrive. I couldn’t stay for breakfast as I had an early flight

Room was a bit cold and we had trouble with the hot water.

Kind staff. Easy location for the airport and access to the Blue Lagoon. Able to check in/out at odd hours with our flights. Easy parking.

No shower gel or shampoo. We could not turn off the bathroom lights, the sensor was broken. It was really windy and you could hear it all night in the room.

Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. Light in the bathroom couldn’t be switched off. And it’s a little pricey considering the facilities.

Property was very close to the airport, with possibility of shuttle. You just need to wait a little longer and call until they pick up. Breakfast were decent. We really loved the kindness of the receptionist who was flexible and took us next morning to the car rental.

The stay was very good. Nice and friendly staff, clean and warm rooms and very close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The only inconvenience is that there is a lack of hangers in the room (for jackets) and in the bathroom (nowhere to hang towels).

firstly, I have emailed the hotel 4 to 5 times to ask if they have any way to pick me up from airport or can arrange for taxi service but they never responded. I found out later that they have a free pickup and drop-off service which I used to get dropped off. there are no elevators so had to carry our luggage 2 stairs. also there is no coffee maker. the views however are spectacular. the breakfast was ok.the room smelt of sewer.

waaay to expensive for what it offers. would not go again here. minimal breakfast + the receptionist who was there in the morning of 22nd of september was unprofessional and a bit disrespectful . he came in, pointed at me and my friend and simply said ‘you.’ i did not necessarily mind that, even though a simply hello would have been ok. then, after i asked him if is there any chance of checking in early in case our room was available already (we were there at aprox 12 and the checkin is at 14) he asked me continiously ‘why?’ . i said that i simply want to see if our room is already available. then he proceeded to ask me 4 or 5 times in a sarcastic manner ‘why?why do you want to checkin?’. i am not sure if it was a sarcastic unprofessional joke or why is the reason of booking a room at this hotel needed. he did not care to elaborate, even if it was clear that it was already starting to become rude and completely unprofessional. i saw many comments here complaining about the staff but i do not think the hotel cares enough to do something about the complaints

The old man that picked us up from the airport has a bad back and could not help with the luggage.

The check-in process was easy. They do not have elevators but she put us on the first floor which was very helpful since we have lots of luggage. The TV in our room did not work but since we had an early flight it didn't really matter. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.
