we couldn't get the TV to work- we tried emailing, calling the hosts but never got a response.

It was the most beautiful experience of our trip. The architect was awesome. The view was unbeatable, and the hot tub was just right.

Everything about the place was perfect. Nothing to complain.

Beautiful house with expansive southern view.

No running water—so no showering, brushing teeth, doing laundry, cooking pasta, flushing toilets, and no enjoying hot tub and heated floors. Still waiting for a refund.

There is one room which is not connected

Beautiful villa with incredible views and nice stilish design and furniture. The external hot tub with a view of the northern lights was incredible

Unfortunately while at first sight everything was ok we found used towels (from previous guests I assume) balled up and scattered in closets and drawers. The fridge was also a dirty. Which taking into account the price was frankly a bit off-putting

Easy instructions per email for key collection. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils. Good view from the house. Spacious and clean.

We were expecting 2 lots of keys per the email instructions but this was not provided. This was especially inconvenient when the 3rd bedroom was separate to the main house and also required same key access to the room & the house. Note the 3rd bedroom is not inside the villa and you need to go outside to get into the house. The lack of connection between the main house and 3rd bedroom outside was very inconvenient to our group that wanted to stay together. Temperamental heating meant 1 room and parts of the villa were really cold at night. Extra portable heating should be provided in the house. Too many bright lights around the property, including a super bright porch light from the neighbouring cabin directing at the villa, impacting on the 3rd bedroom and the living room. The light stays on all night and it detracts from our ability to sit in the living room to enjoy the night view and reduced our ability to see the Northern Lights from the villa. That light should not be pointed at the villa and does not need to be that bright. We also had a fright when strangers wandered up to the villa from the hotel below in the middle of the night. They were outside of our 3rd bedroom window, apparently wanting a better vantage night view from the villa.

Everything is so beautiful. The hoose from inside and outside, the viee, everything! The house was clean and well equipped.

One room and bath room are not internally connected to the rest of the building. No explanation on how the hot tub works (automatic timer, cannot be changed).

Perfect location for the South Island activities we had planned. House was comfortable and clean with beautiful views.

Clean, spacious, and modern. Washing machine and dryer were just what we needed as we stayed here at the midway point of a two week trip. There is an impressive view of the local area out of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Thermostats didn't seem to do anything and there was no way to control the heat. Some basics were missing, such as a dish sponge, dish washing soap, and capsules for the Nespresso machine. It was not completely clear from the listing that the main living area is connected to only 2 bedrooms of the 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom (and second bathroom) cannot be accessed without exiting the house and going through a different entrance. We hoped to let our two young children each have their own room during the stay and couldn't do that because the third bedroom was completely separated.

Large house at the foot of a mountain. Comfortable living room, and bedrooms. Beautiful night view if there's Northern Lights.

A few lights were not working. Only 1 key to be shared between the people staying at the main house, and the guest house, which made arrangement very inconvenient. Messy utensil drawer with sharp objects scattered around inside. As the house was at the foot of a mountain, we were scared of avalanche or landslide.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa has just such a wonderful vibe. Location, location, location. The views are spectacular. The architecture of the villa is amazing. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows. Super clean. Villa was comfortable and warm. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Washer and dryer available. Comfortable beds. Dining table was huge. Hot Tub! Convenient location between sites in south Iceland. Great communication with host. We were a family of 6.

Everything was Fantastic! We did not want to leave.

Loved the design of the house, the space, the glass, the hot tub, the underfloor heating.

Kitchen is a tad small if you had multiple people cooking but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities and also convenient to so many fantastic sites. Comfortable beds, lots of space, neat turf roof, very clean and well designed. It was easy to get to the Hjorleifshofdi hike, Skaftafell and Vatnajökull National Park, and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon & Diamond Beach all from this location. On a clear night the Milky Way and northern lights were visible.

The villa is amazing and beautiful. The kitchin is good and has all the facilities. The design and the view are amazing.

The heating didnt really work well, was little bit cold, didn't get any reply from any way I tried to connect for help.
