Beautiful view from the rooms and the restaurant. The hotel is close enough to Reykjavik to be able to explore the city and to stay in a more rustic countryside (peaceful) setting. Breakfast offering was great, too!

I only wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities.

The family room was great,it had 2 bedrooms and a sitting room! Was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults.

Clean and nice size room

Hard time sleeping on two beds pushed together but king or queen mattresses seem not the norm in Europe

Everything was wonderful - service, food, facility. A window view in the restaurant is another reason why I love this hotel.

The hotel is located in the suburb, however in a very quiet and nice location by a lake. This is very pretty. Parking just in front of the reception and area very calm! The view is very nice and the rooms are very big, very comfortable and very clean. I slept the best there out of my 9 days in Islands. The beds are particularly good. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

I didn’t find the spa and the area to go there is very strange… as I said I didn’t see where the spa was… but that was ok for a night.

We loved every part of this experience! The views from our room was amazing!! The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant has wonderful food, in fact one of my favourite meals we ever had while travelling! We wish we could have stayed longer! One night is not enough!

I would especially like to note the work of the staff of Erika and Rokkos. They did their job well, were friendly and attentive. They helped with all questions. Many thanks to them! The hotel is located in a very picturesque place, each room has a terrace overlooking the lake. A full breakfast with hot and cold dishes is provided, there are eggs, sausages, oatmeal, very tasty local cheeses, bread, pastries. Breakfast is served with a view of the lake. The hotel has free parking, there is always enough space. In the lobby there are binoculars and you can explore the lake shore. The beds in the room are comfortable, there are extra pillows, robes. The hotel itself is very atmospheric, similar to a spa.

Very scary looking hotel - looks like something from horror movies with the …Mexican undertone. Secret passages, scary looking spa, etc. However, strangely comfortable. Well appointment rooms. Very dark but fully functional bathroom. Food was sketchy.

Beautifully located hotel with stunning views of the lake and lovely walking paths nearby. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very kind, and the whole place has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
