Very nice and spacious apartment on the top floor that's fully equipped. Very clean, comfortable beds and really friendly owners. We had a warm welcome from Stefan, and him and Johanna also sent us information ahead of time about shops etc. You can also do laundry at the location. We were attending a wedding in Stokkseyri, so the location was ideal, but it is also a great place to stay if you want to explore the golden circle.

The only improvement needed is in the WIFI, which only reached the bedrooms but not the living/dining space - a challenge for digital nomading.

The location was wonderful - in Selfoss, a stone's throw from a beach and a short drive from a variety of awesome places, such as Thingvelir National Park and several geothermal parks. The flat was clean with lots of windows and a hot tub that was the perfect end to every hiking day. The beds were comfortable with the European-style duvets. The owners were communicative, friendly, and welcoming.

Very (very) well equipped and comfortable apartment, located near the beach in a quiet environment. The hot tub and large terrace added extra comfort. The owners were extremely helpful and nice for truly optimizing our stay. Once again, an outstanding place to stay in south iceland !

Stefan was there to great us when we arrived even with us changing our plans and arriving early. There was plenty of room for 5 adults, clean, comfortable and easy to get to.

We booked this 2-story house for 4 couples. This house is extremely clean. There is a living room and kitchen on both floors. The first floor has a big size of yard and the second floor has a large deck (and BBQ grill!). There is a laundry room on the first floor. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. They provided very good suggestions for places to visit. They also provided all the necessary kitchen supplies.

This is a last minute vacation booking for my family. I was somewhat concerned of the location. But since I had a car booked anyhow, so I went along. It turned out to be a superb experience. First, our flight arrived earlier than scheduled at early morning. The host (Johanna & Stefan) were super nice, allowed us to check in early!!! We got in the apartment at 9 AM, everybody crushed in bed for several hours, which was so nice and much appreciated!!! Second, the apartment is very neat, clean, and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable (I am very picky with bed, this is home quality). Third, there is a lighthouse about 5km east of the property. We drove there around 11pm ish, which was quite dark all around to allow us to see the northern light, aurora borealis!!!

Perfect hosts! Johanna and Stefan are friendly and responsive. They provided all the information required and my family enjoyed our 2days of stay. We plan to book this apartment when we return to Selfoss again 😊

Jóhanna & Stefán are great hosts. They are very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment was big enough for our family and offered full comfort. Also, the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and more. There is a big balcony with a great view of sunrise, sunset, and northern lights (see pictures). Beds are very comfortable, Wi-Fi was good as well, and you have access to the hot tub, laundry, and BBQ. We loved this location because it is about an hour or less away from many main attractions on the south coast. There is a grocery store close by, but we mostly shopped in neighboring Selfoss, in Kronan, which is a large and well-equipped supermarket, about 10-15 minutes away. We would love to come back some day :)
