Beautiful cabin! Very clean and comfortable.

The walls in the 4 plex apartments are a bit thin, so you hear others when it is quiet, but everyone seems to be on the same schedule to go to bed early enough, and up not so early, so it worked fine.

Super convenient location in the middle of many of the south attractions. 1 hour to Jokulsarlon, under 45 to Skaftafell, , not so far from Skogafoss/Fimm trail, 20 Mins to a grocery store (that closes at 4pm fyi). Just off the ring road, but was super quiet for outside noise. Clean, great shower, well equipped kitchen, beds were very comfy (although they are doubles, not queens). Self check in. Get groceries in Vik or Hofn is my recommendation and stock up on a few non perisishable as you never know when plans change and you need food and groceries are closed.

4 cabins connect to each other with zero soundproofing. We could hear everything every neighbour did or said. Felt like we were all in the same room! Thankfully we travel with earplugs and our neighbours went quiet at a decent time but it wasn't relaxing. Same thing in the morning and the next evening with different neighbours.

V well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Well located to visit glaciers.

This guesthouse is well equipped and very clean. It's in beautiful surroundings. But the best part is the owners, who are friendly and ready to help when you come across problems. One of our members has serious medical issues. They are so kind to come immediately to help us. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

The kitchen was very well equipped, offering everything we needed and more, which made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The bathroom was a bit older but clean and fully functional, with no issues during our visit. The location is excellent - situated between the southern waterfalls and the glacier, providing easy access to some of Iceland’s most stunning natural attractions. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for exploring the area.

We loved staying in this modern, comfortable cabin, nestled at the foot of a steep green hill, and in front of an expansive view of fields and the ocean. It had all the amenities we could need and the location could not be beat.

The mould in the shower wasn’t attractive…

Your own tiny house for a night with complete kitchen (kitchenette doesn’t do it justice). We stayed with 3 p and that was not very roomy (couch turns into bed) but as we had a sunny day, all was good. Good bed, very easy to reach and still quiet location next to road 1. Very pleasant check in by yourself if you already have paid and friendly owners.

Great cabin with kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable and good location between Reykjavík and Glacier Lagoon. You need to bring your own groceries as the nearest shop is about 25 km away.

Perhaps a bit small (we used a babybed) - at night I had to jump over my husband and baby to go to the toilet, It takes a long time for your food to be cooked (slow stove).

In the duplex house you could hear the neighbours very clearly, because the wall is quite thin.

The neighbors behind us were acting as if we didn’t share a wall. Very loud. Maybe it something mentioned to the guests when checking in “to be mindful of the proximity of your neighbors”
