Camera piccola e semi interrata. Arredo povero. Colazione senza alcuna brioche, va meglio sul salato. Usano i coprimaterasso come lenzuolo inferiore. Ci siamo fatti portare delle lenzuola a sacco superiore che abbiamo messo sotto.

Recensione verificataLa struttura ha tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo! Camera con ampio bagno privato, in stanza è presente un bollitore e delle bustine per potersi concedere una bevanda calda. Per chi desidera cenare in struttura senza muoversi, il ristorante offre una serie di piatti dalla zuppa del giorno, al pesce e tanto altro ancora. Noi abbiamo preso il pesce del giorno con le verdure e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La colazione é varia e abbondante, dal salato al dolce è tutto ottimo! Staff molto gentile e a disposizione.
La stanza che avevamo era al piano - 1 quindi con poca visibilità e sfortunatamente gli ospiti delle camere vicino si sono svegliati all'alba sbattendo le porte mentre andavano via quindi ci siamo svegliati alle 5 del mattino.

Recensione verificataColazione ottima tranne caffè e cappuccino. Ottima anche la pulizia, personale gentile. Non avevamo la stanza nell'edificio principale quindi un po' scomodo, con la pioggia, dover fare un tratto all'esterno... Di questo siamo stati avvisati solo qualche ora prima del check in.

Recensione verificataÈ una grande struttura in tre edifici in quanto per i mesi da ottobre a maggio è un college. Le stanze sono ampie con scrivania, armadio molte prese elettriche ed ottimo wifi. Bagno completo e di dimensioni superiori alla media che ho trovato in islanda. Va tenuto presente che l'arredamento è da college non certo da hotel di lusso ma c'è tutto anche bollitore the caffè ecc.. alcuni particolari drllarredo possono essere un poco vissuti ma è tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito. Certo se uno vuole larredo di un hotel 4 stelle ed oktre non va bene. Bisogna capire il luogo ed il contesto. In alcune recensioni viene detto che mancano i comodini. Io li avevo. La posizione dell'albergo è strategica per visitare tutto quanto è presso il lago myvatn (e non faccio il lungo elenco) andare a husavik oer il whale watching e vedere le bellisime icascate Godafoss. L'albergo a pochi metri ha una piscina cui possono accedere anche gli esterni. Si paga se ho inteso bene un biglietto modico ma Io non ci sono stato ho preferito le terme del lago myvatn. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta e il cibo è ben organizzato così da non creare impaccio fra hli ospiti. Mi sono trovato benissimo nei tre giorni di permanenza. Parcheggio enorme e comodo.

Recensione verificataNel complesso è un hotel particolare. Nel ristrutturarlo avrebbero potuto renderlo più attuale, invece è molto spartano, sembra più un ostello, che un hotel. La località è carina e c'è la piscina pubblica all'aperto proprio attaccata al laghetto. Ristorante passabile. Meglio prenotare perché potrebbero avere gruppi numerosi e fanno dei turni. Ci hanno dato una camera in una dependance a un minuto a piedi dall'edificio centrale dove si trova il ristorante e la reception. Camera al primo piano molto semplice, ma comoda e spaziosa.
Avevo lasciato per terra un solo asciugamano perché ce ne dessero uno pulito, ma non solo non ce l'hanno cambiato, ma lo hanno preso da terra e rimesso sul portasciugamano! Non hanno sostituito i bicchieri di carta usati con altri nuovi. Ciò denota mancanza di orientamento al cliente.

Nelle stanze mancavano i comodini ed anche le prese elettriche e gli interruttori della luce accanto al letto
