Very professionial and understanding staff, a delight to experience. Seemingly sparce facilities for them on shift work is likely only by perception. I have enjoyed a single room and double room stays and both are excellent, breakfast could be said simple but actually is plentiful and delicious. Access to drinks and coffee is welcome snd the housing maked comfortable and homy

    Absolute nothing

    Clean, well stocked room.

To say the walls were made of cardboard is an understatement. My neighbors weren’t even being loud but I could hear every word of their conversation through the walls and from their TV. You can also hear every person coming up the stairs or driving by outside. Cheaply made building that charges too much for what is more appropriately a hostel or motel.

Good hotel with friendly staff and ample parking space. It's about 20-25 mins walk from the downtown. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but clean and equipped.

Staff was very helpful and friendly; went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Hotel was a bit out of the central part of Reykjavik. There were no complimentary tissue boxes in the room. Recommend that the hotel put a list of local, walkable restaurants in every room as that would make if much easier to find a place for dinner.

Breakfast was good, enough selection to get you started. Room was decent, bathroom was large, shower was good.

We had room 101 and it was on the main floor with access directly in the front entrance. It was a corner room with big windows for light, but you couldn’t leave the blinds open as people on the street and in the parking lot walked right by and looked in. The room was very hot and the only window we could have open was a high one in the bathroom. I didn’t not feel safe with the other window open as it would have been easy to yank it open. The fan in the bathroom only turned on when the shower steamed up too much. Nice room otherwise, just to location of it was awful.
