The toilets are in the unique bathroom so not very convenient as it's shared among potentially up to 8 people in the house. There's only 1 table to eat and it accommodates 4-5 people max. It's also located in the living room that doesn't have much light as it's in the center of the house with rooms all around.

We had rooms in the main house. But there are individual houses in the garden. Our room had a nice view on the garden. There's even a terrace with a table but the weather didn't allow. The rooms are nicely decorated and furbished. The kitchen, the bathroom and living room are shared among 4 double rooms.

The location is good, easy to find, nice access from the road. The view is nice, the amenities are good and clean. We´ve stayed only for a night before our flight but we´ve liked the place.

I don't remember any hangers/hooks in the bathroom, so adding one for the towel would be nice.

The room was quite spacious with a table, big window and power outlets close to the bed. There is a small living room with a table, but there are also benches outside the house, where you can enjoy a meal when the weather is nice like it was during our stay :)

It doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos, bathroom is a bit uncomfortable as the toilet is in the middle of the bathroom, shower doesn't have a curtain, only glas on the third of the bathtub, the window seemed broken, I couldn't close it. That is the only bathroom for 3 or 4 rooms as I recall, fortunately we didn't wait long. We didn't use the kitchen for any major meal prep so I can't tell what works and what doesn't, but it seemed fine. The room is quite small, you can't open any larger suitcase. The owner mixed up our room with someone elses but we resolved this quickly. That person turned out to be Icelandic and nice to talk to, but her talking with other guests carried on in the late night so we had to sleep with earplugs since everything they were talking about could be heard.

Close to the main road, nice view from the room, comfortable beds, table and chairs in the room, self-check in, a lot of towels at disposal.

Rooms are closed together but then again I still didn't hear any of the others guess so not really an problem in my case. There is nothing nearby so stock up before you get there.

Place was comfortable and clean with and with a nice view of the local mountain and fully fulfilled my requirement of a stop over along my driving trip around Iceland. Check in was easy with just needing to walk into and head to the correct room. They also provide tea coffee and all that, there were also some of the Icelandic jumpers to buy at a reasonable price (although still way too pricey for me).

Bathroom - poor ventilation/non existent ventilation. Bedroom - unpleasant smell covered with a lot of cleaning solui.

The whole house could do with a good brush and clean. There were still crumbs on the table from the previous guests. Also crumbs under the dining table. Dirt around the sofa. Pebbles in the bedroom. And brown socks after walking around the house. Only one bathroom so ended up waiting a long time to use the toilet once we were 8 people in the house

The heaters did not work well, making the room and living room cool though the host adjusted the central heat pump to raise the temperature of the heaters after request.

The toilet was inside the shared bathroom, so if everyone in the other rooms want to shower, then you have to wait a long time to use the toilet. The location was great. And the interior was cozy

It would be nice to have extra dishwashing soap available because during our stay we ran out of it and everyone cleaned their dishes with watered down soap or none at all. It got replaced on a second day, though. Having one bathroom for four bedrooms can get a little challenging but during our stay most everyone left early in the morning and came back late in the evening so it can be worked around.

It’s a really nice house with a great view of mountains. The house was kept clean every day so even with 8 people moving around, the common spaces were nicely taken care of. Also, the kitchen was better equipped than we expected so we were able to cook our food quite easily, which saved us a lot of money. The directions to the house were very simple and easy to find. The owners even provided some tips on places to go in the area. The house also has plenty flyers and travel guides to help you plan your day.

It was a beautiful location to see the Northern Lights. The dog was very friendly! The host was kind enough to lend my friend an extra pillow as she is pregnant.

Towel and body soap were not provided. There is only one toilet+bathroom shared among guests in the 4-bedroom guesthouse. During our stay, there were at least 7 guests in the house, so it was a longwait to shower or to even use the toilet.

Location is good, just close to the main road after the underwater Hvalfjörður Tunnel. Able to see northern lights from outside the guesthouse without much light pollution. Standard Double Room is big and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave, pots, plates, etc.
