Beautiful, new, clean and very comfortable room. Kitchen with everything we needed, coffee and tea were available. The coffee machine was very useful. The whole guest house is beautiful and we felt at home there. The free parking is definitely an added value.

Being on the ground floor, if the window was open you could hear everything from the street.

Very nice guesthouse with friendly host who was able to accommodate my early check-in request. Small(ish) room but had everything I needed. The kitchen was great, every room has its own shelf in the fridge and the host provided for example tea, which I loved.

Ourselves and others had to get up in the middle of the night to catch a flight. The apartments are not very sound-proof, so the noise from other guests woke us up and we must've woken others as well. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Great spot for a Reykjavik stay, has everything you need. Room is on the smaller side, but nothing too extreme.

Very clean, the heated bathroom floors were a nice bonus. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and specific shelves in the fridge for each room, nice touch. Room 1 little tight and not much space for larger luggage but room 4 was bit bigger and less cramped. The owners were excellent and available.

A kitchen is available for all 4 rooms to share. No breakfast is provided but a refrigerator is. 2 buildings down, and walk able, is a Bonus grocery store. The room and bathroom are excellent and located on the ground floor. We were able to walk to all locations in Reykjavik.

It's on the smaller side, so if you're traveling with larger luggage, space can be a bit tight—there’s just enough room near the entrance to open a suitcase. One thing to note is that the window is at ground level and faces the street, so there can be some street noise at times. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers might want to keep this in mind.

We had a great stay overall! The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. We stayed in Room 5, which is located downstairs right next to the main entrance. The room was very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated.

Our room faced the street, and to have some airflow we had to open the window, meaning we could clearly hear people passing outside.

Like most other places in Iceland, the pillows were rather thin, so extra pillows could be helpful. Room was very warm but we were able to turn the radiator down and crack the window which really helped.

Exactly as pictured. The kitchen area was a nice perk to be able to make coffee or tea in the morning. Great location, central to all the sites. Check out the nearby food hall for a good meal. Host was very communicative and check in was easy. Good value!

The rooms are little bit small. So once the big suit case lays open on the floor, space is a bit limited.

Modern apartment, comfortable bed and very clean. Free parking spots in front of the house. Close to the city center(15min walk).

The apartment is in the middle of the city, but it on the first floor, so should not expect much from the window view. We were able to get by, but for people with a lot of luggage, like two or more big suitcases, the size of the room could be a challenge.

Location is great, we could reach all the main attractions of Reykjavik on foot, the main street (Laugavegur) is few minutes away, with excellent bakeries so it was easy to get something for breakfast, or for dinner, or hit a bar. The host was easy going. The shower was good, with floor heating.

My partner is a light sleeper and found the light coming through the curtains troubling. Make sure you bring an eye mask if you struggle with this too.

The property was clean and well-equipped. The check-in and check out process was simple. We saw that the kitchen had all of the necessities and more! The additional chargers were a life-saver as the airport lost our luggage. Kristin and Olof were very responsive, helpful and friendly. We would recommend this property. Grocery store and restaurants just a short walk away. 😊

When we booked we didn’t see any information regarding the smell of the hot water. We received an e-mail right before checking in. The natural smell is strong, specially for a small space.

The place is very comfortable and has a big tv. Also, the shared kitchen has a big fridge, washing machine and coffee machine (for free!). We were able to use that because we left very early so no coffee house was open.
