we didn’t like about the property other than there wasn’t as many plugs as we used to.

On website lots of information and photos prior to making a booking. Answered my queries very quickly before booking. Booking the actual hotel was very easy and I didn’t have to pay upfront which was even better as I booked it around Christmas time. Once I played, I had some information sent to me about how to get there from the airport and time of arrival and what to expect and how to get in. They were even generous enough to offer sorting out a taxi from the airport to the hotel for us. on arrival to the hotel, it was really easy to find with the instructions and it was really nice. Welcome very homely feel soon as we arrived. No key to get in. However, everything was electronic key code which took off that pressure of potentially losing a key ! Throughout our stay, if I needed anything, they were very quick to sort us out. I’ll give us additional information. Hundred percent would recommend, and if I ever go back to Iceland, I would definitely look to see if this hotel was available again to stay.

It was a bit confusing trying to find our room at first, the instructions mentioned a lift but the door we went through had no lift. Equally there was no mention of "ok studios" all the signage was for hotel vera which confused us. The room also looked completely different to the ones shown in the photographs, it was still a really nice room but the photos may need updating on the listing. Our front door also whistled when it was shut, which was very annoying when trying to sleep, so we had to leave the door slightly ajar.

The apartment was really central and had good facilities. The kitchen was helpful for us to save money on eating out, the shower was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Response times over message were also very fast.

Couldn't arrange an early check in or put luggage anywhere. We had to wait to get rid of cases.

Perfect location! It was centre to everything: shops, bars, restaurants, travel limks nearby, tour pick ups nearby, sea front nearby. Luxury bed, modern room. comfortable, warm and cozy. Would love to stay again!

Broken lock on patio door. Door remained unlocked for all our stay. Told not to worry 'Reykjavik is safe'. Of course it is until it isnt.....

Super kind support and very quick response to all of our questions. Very clean and beautiful room with all kind of kitchen stuff we need for cooking. Big enough for me and my two teen boys. We absolutely loved it.

Nothing I disliked, but just a few things that could make it more comfortable/easier to navigate: - there was no dish soap in the kitchen (we bought some and left ours there) - no pantry items: would be nice to have salt/spices/oil for cooking…nothing crazy, just a few staples that a person wouldn’t reasonably be able to use all of if they bought their own - a few more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging up towels - pillows were okay but really flat.. it would be nice to have 2 pillows per person

I booked this stay at OK because I enjoyed my short stay there 5 years ago. It was just as good this time around. Location is fantastic, check-in process is easy if you follow the instructions (although the keypads are a bit fussy). Room was clean and had shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower. Kitchen had a toaster, kettle, nespresso and plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils.

I didn’t like how when we checked-in our room was given to someone else. Luckily the cleaners were there to clean. Moreover the hotel is difficult to find, it says Vera hotel not Ok studios

No issues. Unfortunately the blind for the sky light would open. We raised this with management but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Had a really nice sty here. Room (economy studio ground floor) was comfortable and spacious for two people. Central location to base yourself from and very close to bus stop #9.

Drains are smelly. Don't know if this is an Iceland thing or specific to these apartments. Suspect it's the latter.

Excellent location. Free parking at the church nearby. No keys -keycare access. Internet was fast enough. Warm. Good quality shower and comfortable bed.

No decaff coffee pods, but I couldn't get 'decaff' coffee anywhere in Iceland

We had the BEST weekend away in Iceland. Our room was easy to access using a code given on the day of arrival, large, modern, clean and bed was really comfy!. EXCELLENT location!!! Would definitely stay here again

I was given a room number and code for our room that was already occupied by guests and then being told I could not use my room between 11am and 3pm on one day during our stay with only a few hours notice, this was unacceptable and had they told me before I booked I would not have stayed there, we'd had a night excursion and got back at 3am, we had planned to relax in our rooms the next day but had to vacate it for 5 hours that we had paid for. I felt communication and planning was poor on their part. It was my second stay at this hotel but I wont stay again due to this, the apology from them was rubbish.

Difficult to find it at the first time (entry via restaurant to Vera Hotel) payment street parking , the nearest parking for free I found nearby swimming pool (5-7 min by walk) to small for 3-4 people

The wi-fi was really weak that we could not connect to the internet. Informed the staff but no improvement has been made though they sent a technician to check. We have to buy a SIM card in order to connect to the internet.

The studio was very clean and comfortable. The space is big enough for the 3 of us. The location was excellent, very convenient to access to the shopping, supermarket and restaurant.

Everything was great.

We loved our stay here! Very clean and stylish room, spacious enough with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The shower was a great pressure and temperature, and we appreciated complimentary Netflix after a long day!
