Close to all amenities. Very comfortable bed and spotless apartment. Also Steinnun the host responded quickly and promptly, allowing us to check in early after our overnight flight and also booking us a taxi for the following morning

There are no real negative issues with the property. If I was being picky you can hear the people upstairs who do get up early.

Excellent communication from owners. Very comfortable beds. Nice, clean space with plenty of room for family of 5. Very convenient location. A little bright and noisy at night, but we didn’t mind at all because we were so close to downtown and it was such a nice place to stay. We loved that we could walk to everything, especially Braud & Co for breakfast. It was also great to have off-street parking. Would stay here again!

Super nice and large appartements in a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Also, super nice hosts who helps with everything: preparation of your trip, booking activities etc. I had forgotten something in the Appartement and the host was super helpful in getting it back. Thanks for a great stay!

I appreciated the detailed and thoughtful instructions from the host. Also, the place was exactly as listed- and incredibly clean and comfortable. They even left out slippers for everyone to wear! We had just had a bad experience at another apartment that we stayed at in Reykjavik- and this place was everything that place wasn't. Granted it was a little more (but still very affordable compared to others), but it was worth every penny. The location was also stellar. I would stay here again.

Our stay here was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It’s very close to the downtown walkable area and had off street parking for our rental car. The owners were easy to reach via the booking.com messaging and quick to respond. The separate rooms of the apartment were great to have a little down time after long days together. The small balcony was perfect for breakfast and people watching. Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it had a cozy vibe. We were in the top apartment and were informed that the stairs were quite steep but it was no problem for us. Altogether we were very happy with our stay here.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Reyjavik, this is your answer. The apartment was clean and spacious, the location is amazing (right in the center), and the instructions for arrival were clear and detailed. In addition, it was great to have a kitchen for meals. This is our second time booking with Old Charm Apartments and we'll be back!

The stairs going up the apartment could be an issue for older people or for those with big luggage.

The owner was very helpful in sending reminders, instructions and even tips for our trip/stay. The property is in a very good location. Very near the tourist areas. I am a neat freak and I love how clean the apartment is. The free use of towels (very very clean towels!) is a pleasant addition. And the free parking space is also a plus. I wished we could have stayed longer in this property. I would definitely recommend staying here!
