The owner was very attentive. As we were arriving late, she offered us the opportunity to cancel the reservation without any cost. She answered quickly each time we needed anything. The room was very clean and all worked properly.

This is a beautiful cabin in a serene location on a farm. Host was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the cabin seemed very new and clean. Our only regret was we only stayed there one night

A perfect stay - We wish we would have had more than one night!

Great view. Reasonably priced.

Too basic.

Location. The property has an extremely friendly little dog, which almost makes up for its flaws.

The host was not friendly at all; during check-in, she didn’t seem very willing and clearly gave explanations out of obligation. The apartment door has a peculiar locking mechanism, which she explained, but instead of sticking to that, she started mentioning unrelated things like asking us not to wear shoes inside and specifying quiet hours (this information was already in the room instructions, so it was unnecessary). The apartment itself has very poor sound insulation, as it is located below one apartment and next to another, and we could hear almost everything from the neighbors. Perhaps that’s why she emphasized the quiet hours, because the apartment is really bad in that regard. Another strange situation was that she kept asking us to notify her of our arrival time because she wanted to be there to welcome us (probably to explain the rules and the door mechanism), but all that could have been handled with written instructions. This somewhat disrupted our plans in Egilsstaðir, as we felt tied down having to provide an exact arrival time.

This is located at a farm outside Egilsstadir (10 min drive) with no one around you. One will enjoy quiet stay. Suits family of 3 with parking next to the cottage.

Nice place with beautiful views

The location has a wonderful setting with a beautiful view. There was a kitchenette, which was very handy. This was the first place we stayed in Iceland where there was a hanger for shower items. The room was spacious, and there was a table and chairs to sit at for dinner and breakfast.

The bathroom sink was tiny. I had a tough time not getting water everywhere when I washed my face. The shower's hot water was hot, but then there were times when it alternated randomly to very hot.

Very clean and comfortable place on a hill with a beautiful view. We can see many sheeps in the pasture below. Equipped kitchen for cooking. Had a wonderful one night stay.

Beautiful and cozy little bungalow that has everything you need. The owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The area is very peaceful, you have your privacy and it's only a short drive to Egilsstadir. We also absolutely adored the owner's beautiful and welcoming dog.

Just that not accessible

I wish i have stayed another night. Room size is Quite spacious for 3 of us(asian size).Kitchen has Complete cooking facilities. Location is superb. It is on higher ground. (i saw the northern lights from here ). Heating is good( i am sure even during deep winter ). Parking is next to the terrace
