Great location, close to hengifoss. Cottages had all we needed. Sitting on the porch in the morning looking at the landscape was beautiful. Highly recommend them for couples.

As there is an anonymous check in procedure with no host contact a list of do's and dont's would be great. E.g. can guests walk to the horses and pet them or is it a no go? Where to move where not to move on that area and so on.

Very cozy and clean cottage with a beautiful view. Had two beautiful nights there and we would book Stormur again!

Appreciated the views and ease of access to the property. We loved the horses and the view of northern lights. Cosy cottage with great little kitchen and bathroom.

Cosy and incredible views. We were fortunate enough to see the northern lights from our cottage!! Easy check in and out. Not far from town but be aware nothing really opens until 10 and closes at 1900 (autumn visit)

A bit expensive for one night when you can’t check in until after 5pm. The bed is a little hard to get in to as it is placed up against two walls so you had to climb up from the end of the bed to get in and out.

1.The bin was too small for us, after cooking for one day, it was almost full 2. The towels were not really "white", it looked like they were using a long time or lots of time.

Cottages have most of the things we need, especially the kitchen. The cottage is bigger than I thought, and cute.

Wee bit cramped for space but was alright with us considering that we witnessed Northern lights.

Very nice location. The owners have a stud farm & watching Icelandic horse from close quarters was fun. Got to witness Northern lights from there in all its splendour. Watching the sky in the night was truly magical, as there was no artificial light in the vicinity. Enjoyed our stay.

Cottage was very cute looking and extremely clean. You have small fridge and all kitchen supplies that yoou might have to need to fix simple meal. The views were beautiful, peaceful.

Very secluded location and it was so quiet. The cottage itself was a bit small, but it was fine for a few days. Also can recommend visiting "Vok baths" nearby. All the days we saw the horses around it was awesome.

Best suited for a couple as only one bed. But host provided a second mattress which was appreciated.

One of the heaters did not work. That was a minor problem one night when it was cooler.

One of the best places we stayed at during our roundtrip. The cottage was very nice and comfortable and the location was amazing! Very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by horses. Everything was clean (some of the dishes had to be cleaned again but that‘s not the owners fault if people aren‘t able to clean up after themselves). We were staying there with 2 adults and one child and for us the size of the cottage was sufficient. All in all we had a great time and would come back again.

It was very small you cannot walk around the bed or the kitchen at all. It’s very tight. Even the coffee maker is on a shelf on the wall because there is no room for it on thr kitchen counter. I could not imagine trying to cook anything in this space.

The location was nice and we did get to see the northern lights right from the patio.
