The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression of the accommodation was some fallen plaster from the ceiling, otherwise everything was fine.

The accommodation was sufficient, clean, and quiet. The facilities met our needs for the stay.

Only 4 parking lots for much more rooms in front ot the house but we could park on the street. Poorly equipped kitchen.

Bathroom without windows

Since the room was under renovation we were given a second room to use it for the bathroom. Rooms are big and clean.

one small issue was that I didn´t receive in advance the notification with the codes to enter the guesthouse, I had to reach out via message and received it then. It was quick but nevertheless it would be better to receive it in advance and not have to ask for it.

Location is great and overall the place is nice and clean.

Kitchen was a little small. Room was a little small with 4 beds.

Decent place close to town. Fit our needs for the most part. Felt that it was a little more expensive than the facilities reflected. But it looks like there is a new kitchen going in the basement.

Pillows were so flat it was like not having a pillow at all. Felt like the walls were pretty thin, I could distinctly hear people in the next room over.

Walkable to downtown. Having a private bathroom in the room is great.

Shower was a bit cranky, it worked, but if it was mine, I would change the hose and showerhead. One of the power outlets in the room was broken and the windowblinds didn't work well.

Nice place where to sleep and eat, we do not need anything luxurious. Beautiful and clean. Great place to stay! We were happy to stay here for two nights and would come again, for sure.

The self check-in - Booking .com has the critical info on how to get into the premises hidden at the bottom of an email. We were lucky there was someone there to let us in otherwise we would have frozen

When I met the cleaning lady she was very helpful and so was the Manager.

Our room was on the basement level and it was kind of dingy. It's located on a busy road and parking was limited, although we did get a free spot outside the guesthouse. While the self check-in instructions worked fine for us, other guests who arrived were confused and had no one there to help them.

It was fine. It was a short walk to the pool and gardens. Walkable to restaurants as well.

The staff came at all hours and late at night, slamming doors. The wifi did not work for a full day of my stay. Expensive and inconvenient. Not sure I would stay again. People slamming doors and being inconsiderate of others.

The room was in a basement and was very small. Furniture was broken and in general of lower quality of similar guesthouses we stayed at. The parking is not sufficient for all the guests and it can be offsetting to understand how strict parking rules are (e.g. if you can park on the side of the street)

There is a fully equipped kitchen for every floor (oven, cookers, cutlery, crockery). The location is good, few minutes away from Akureyri shops and the Forest lagoon.

The bathroom was not very clean, and although we were told the check-in time is 17h, all the posters in the accommodation and on the front door stated that the check-in time is from 16h.

Nice accommodation close to everything in Akureyri. The size of the room was also very comfortable.
