The room is small. With the bed against the wall, there’s not much room to move around. Th sink in the bathroom is tiny.

At 10:45 p.m., while we were already in bed, a couple got into our room with our room code. They claimed that the room was theirs because they were in the same room the night before. They requested us to leave and call the office. The office told them that we had the reservation while they were not. After 15 minutes, they finally left. Probably the couple got wrong information and had a wrong hotel; however I really think that the hotel should change room codes for different days.

The facility is very good. It is very clean. We really like the hotel except for one incident.

This was a microhotel, so the rooms are very small. If you're prepared for that, the rooms have what you need and there are common spaces to use if you're feeling cramped. I walked to the shops in 5-10 minutes, and I was far enough from the cruise port to not feel overrun with cruise passengers. The breakfast was good, and parking was free and easy to find. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

All was ok

Location is super convenient and place is very clean modern and functional. Breakfast was abundant but we only grabbed some yogurt being in a hurry. Great coffee, staff, everything necessary for a stay is there. Would definitely return and recommend.

Breakfast is basic and does not cater to celiacs (no gluten free). The rooms are very small with hardly any space for suitcases, and the bathroom fan is extremely noisy.

The hotel is upscale and high standard. The location is excellent and the service was good. The self check-in system was very convenient. There is also a shared fridge for guests, which was very helpful for storing our food. Plenty of parking is available right next to the hotel.

We couldn’t arrange the temperature in the room so it was too hot for sleeping . Breakfast would have been nice, unless they didn’t have rotten tomatoes on the plate :(

The hotel has no reception and you do not come across anybody to welcome you. Rooms are very small with barely any space to open a luggage.

The main door was low on battery and could not open once . Room is a bit small but nice

White window shutter not completely darkening the room during white night.

Kitchen available for guests whole day. Very good breakfast. Electronic locks provide arrival flexibility even without reception. Flawless online check-in guidance, and invoice preparation.

The curtains didn't close very well (important in Iceland's summer).

The self-checkin worked well. Room was good and clean, as was breakfast. The place is more a guesthouse than a hotel with the common rooms.

Maybe we should have requested a twin bed, instead of a queen, because there was not a lot of space to walk around it. The bathroom had the tiniest sink I've ever seen.

Breakfast was pretty good--the server was excellent. Every inch of the place was spotless, and the bed very firm.

I would have like to have a table inside the room to work, but otherwise very comfortable rooms.
