They emailed all the information a day before we checked in. We checked in earlier however, was told that check in is permitted at 2pm. The wonderful lady permitted us to keep our luggages in the store so that we can check in later. We had our coffee in the next morning at the pantry and made good chats with other friendly travellers. They are kind and lovely people and made our day.

I left my universal adapter in Room 5. It was my fault that didn't make a check before I left.

Seemed to be nestled amongst other houses so didn’t feel like hotel traffic. We snagged a free parking spot out front. Clear check in instructions. Easy walk to a lot of things or if needed a short drive. Room was comfortable with a sink. The shared bathroom was across the hall and very large. Great water pressure and hot water. Kitchen was very clean. Overall a quiet stay.

The location is very good, just across the road from the BSI bus terminal, which incidentally has left luggage lockers for EU10 a day. The room is adequate, more like a backpacker's room, but comfortable, clean and central. It's about 15-20 minutes walk from the main street of Reyjkavik, and even closer to very good fish restaurants around the harbour

I drink tea with milk and would have liked this available in the kitchen.

The room was spacious and clean with good facilities. There were locked cupboards to store your luggage if you needed to which was really helpful for us!

As its all self check in etc you don't see any staff around but they do respond quickly on here.

Location is great for access to BSI bus terminal. Facilities are consistent with what was advertised.

Comfortable beds

This hotel/inn was not a good experience and not at all worth the price we paid for one night. Took us forever to find parking at night and it would have been nice if the hotel had water for us to drink. There were not even basic toiletries like soap or shampoo, so we had to go at night to a gas station to try and find some. Not happy with this place at all.

Very close to bus station and gas station, but not downtown activities. Housing was reasonable. Had community kitchen (coffee / stove / refrigerator / kitchen table). Self check-in was nice.

Share water closet / toilet, showers. No microwave in room or kitchen. Couldn't contact facility manager via FB / phone for needs and repairs.

Parking available outside along the street, comfortable beds. Coffee maker and capsules were provided.

Touch-up is needed: toilet door lock was missing, kitchen wall was poorly painted, kitchenette was Ok, but no kettle was there.

Very good and convenient location. Just a few steps from the bus station. The room is small but cozy, comfortable bed. There is a coffee machine and you can drink as much as you want.

Really well equipped, great location and easy to communicate with staff via message if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect.

Everything was great, but we left our rubbish in the room as the bins were full and we weren't given any instructions.

Sulfuric Smell from the water

Great location for me 10 mins walk from the domestic airport and 3 mins walk from the bus station. I had a late internal flight and early 4.30am bus to get and this property was perfect for this. 15-20 mins walk into the city centre. The building itself looks a bit run down from outside but has modern full kitchen and bathroom. The host was really responsive when I contacted her and available immediately to help

The building could do with some updating but as my stay was so short it did not bother me.

A clean property very close to the Bus station. Great location!
