There was a bit of a strange smell in the room, maybe the cleaning products used, but we quickly got used to it so it didn't bother us too much.

We arrived quite late a night but there was a staff member to check us in. The staff was all very friendly and kind. The breakfast was great as well, they offered waffles which my children loved and a variety of breads, yogurts, etc. My favorite things about this hotel were the bed and pillows. After a late flight we were tired and the beds were so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel was easy to get to by car, just off the main road and far enough away (but not too far) from the city center so it wasn't noisy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We booked here because of our early return flight (need to be at airport at 5AM). Our stay was perfect. Large family room, comfortable, and a friendly staff who prepared breakfast bags ready at 4 AM ! This hote wasl a good choice. Hot pool and gym were also available.

Convenient location for exploring Reykjavík and the Golden Circle and easy access to airport. Family room very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and comfortable lounge area. Access included to excellent high spec gym next door. The nearby harbour has lots of restaurant choices too. Highly recommend.

I can see how people might feel it is a city hotel with not much else to do, but with a reasonable price it is a perfect base for the start and end of the journey.

It is a good place to stay, arriving or leaving for Keflavik airport. It was quick and easy to drive to the airport early in the morning. Spacious rooms, the beds were super comfortable, the shower perfect, and the service excellent. I asked for a quiet room, and it was pretty quiet all night! We didn't have breakfast, but the take-away they prepared for us was quite good.

Great location 20 minutes from Reykjavik city centre and 30 minutes from the international Airport. Large, comfy and clean rooms. Fantastic gym. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome from receptionist, who advised us that the food in the bar was about to close and enabled us to order food before finishing the check-in process. Much appreciated after a long day travelling and delays at the airport. Food in the bar was also very prompt. Good range of food options for breakfast. We also stayed on our last day in Iceland before returning to the airport and it was just as good. Excellent location, just off the main road from the airport.

Great for a night before the flight out of Iceland. Simple accommodations. Great water pressure and decent breakfast. You will need your own shampoo/conditioner--as in most European accommodations--except the super upscale ones. It is fairly close to the airport.

There was a burnt smell in the hallways. The beds had synthetic pillows (so got rather warm) and the windows couldn't open well. No fridge. Breakfast was included in the price automatically (we would not have gotten it there otherwise) and was not particularly amazing (rather basic).

Super nice hotel staff and the room is nice and spacious. It was ideal to travel quickly to the airport in the morning. The shower is amazing and also very spacious. No fridge in the room (bit of a let-down).

I would have liked if they had sausage, bacon, baked beans & scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu. All other Hotels in Iceland that I stayed at during my 11 day trip had these items on the menu as standard. Besides that breakfast was good.

Very clean, great modern rooms, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and shower with alot of water pressure, friendly staff, free parking, convenient distance to downtown Reykavik, and alot of restaurants within a short 4minute drive.

During the night, there were awful bangs like someone was throwing furniture. In the morning, we were pretty sure that these were sounds of door closing in other rooms.
