“Our host, Benedetto, was incredibly kind and helpful—he even arranged a ride to the airport for us when a train strike disrupted our plans. The apartment is perfectly located, overlooking the harbour and just a short stroll from Piazza Umberto, where you’ll find several great restaurants. We especially enjoyed dining at Pizza In Piazza in the evenings.
The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony that offered a peaceful view of the sea. It’s the perfect place to unwind after the lively energy of Palermo. Conveniently, the property is only 15 minutes from the airport and just a 5-minute walk from the main train station.

“Host very obliging. Location in town great, around the harbour. Seeing the fishing boats come into the harbour then selling the freshly caught fish to the locals. Also the locals selling vegetables and fruit from the roving vespas throughout the streets. Small local market selling cheeses etc. Shared kitchen very good. B/fast just nearby in cafe.”
