“A great spot in the most desirable area of Civitella Alfedena, with deers literally walking just out of the garden. We thank Alberico for his warm welcome and his friendliness in accepting our last-minute needs. Always responsive, he was a big part in the success of our short holiday in Civitella. The house has everything you may need, and more. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience the National Park of Abruzzo in the best way.”

“The location is perfect. I know the town well and the property is well located within the town with convenient parking nearby and in walking distance to the facilities of the town and the starts of various hikes. We like hiking in the national parks and Civitella Alfedena is a perfect base. The main windows overlook the valley and Villetta Barea and we were surprised to see wolves in the sanctuary below us on the last day, this must be the reserve sanctuary for the wolves as it is separate to the main one. The night time temperatures were quite cold but the heating system kept the house warm at all times.”
