“While our stay was marred by the awful service, it's important to acknowledge that the hotel itself is stunning. The renovation is beautifully done, maintaining the charm and heritage of the old winery. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant environment.
We also had the opportunity to dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant attached to the hotel. While it was made clear by the hotel staff and the service that they have no affiliation, we have to give credit where it's due, it was hands down one of the best meals and service we’ve ever experienced. It's just unfortunate that the experience at the hotel itself was so overshadowed by the lack of hospitality.”
