Easy but stressful automation system to get in and out of hotel pending on charged phone, as well as the air-condition controlled by the reception, limited staff, at times no-one picks up the reception phone to call you a taxi, no air-condition at all in the public areas of the 2nd floor (reception & restaurant). Too small closet for hanging clothes.

Cozy and lovely boutique hotel with only I guess 10 rooms or so. They provide everything what you need for comfortable staying from bath sets and robes to a coffee machine and tea sets

I was expecting a hotel given the price of alternative 4 star hotels, and therefore I was shocked to discover that it's actually a B&B, i.e. 10 rooms in an office building. The reception is a couch next to a small desk in the passage on the 3rd floor of a nondescript office building in a Milan business district. To get to the breakfast one had to go down a floor, through a gym to a sparse hall. The Aircon was not working in the entire office building and I suspect that it rarely works. There is a fan in the room but you then have to keep the windows open. I discovered that there are mosquitos in Milan.

Room was newly renovated and very stylish and modern. The person working at reception was very nice and was a helpful as can be, but they could not fix the broken lock on the safe or get the Aircon to work,

The room decoration is on the “macho” style. There are weird pictures of blonde ladies on the wall in suggestive poses. The tea area was a little dusty.

The staff was quite helpful and kind. the room is comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The products are from a famous brand and quite nice to use. The linen is soft. The room has a nice tea maker and tea selection. For us it was quiet the whole night. It is a decent location. Close to the trams.

Design of the rooms and the entire thing is slightly questionable (a lot of browns and burgundy/red) and maked the rooms darker than they need to be. Typical Italian breakfast, unfortunately - but Italians don't eat breakfast so that is maybe something to be expected.

I booked this hotel because of the location - I had an event near by and wanted a hotel close by and close to Linate Airport. It is a strange hotel - only one floor in an apartment building, but kinda cool. The staff is great and very helpful and the price was also quite good for Milan. The room was spacious and comfotable.

Our only issue was that the air conditioning was not turned on as summer had not officially started in Milano. The system is centrally controlled by the building administration, so unfortunately the a/c is not quite as advertised. This issue has been flagged by many visitors, but remains unresolved.

Overall our stay was very good. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the location is excellent. All members of staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.

The room was a little dark and if you open the window it could get quite loud from noises outside during the night.

It's not really hotel, we had some issues finding it since it doesn't have a big sign or anything. It's on a floor in a random building so seemed a bit weird at first. But the room was great, facilities seemed all new and fresh. Staff were helpful and nice!

In the room there is not the thermostat so if during the night is too hot the only thing you can do is to open the window.

The location is really good, the room is clean and beautiful. The bathroom is equipped with a multi functional shower and very good bath products. The bed is really comfortable.
