If I have to say something, only the water pressure in the shower was not too good, and the water often a bit chilly, however, the temperature was bearable given the hot summer days.

The view from our room was amazing, the room was spacious and light, clean and had a nice smell. It was really great to have a water fountain just outside our room. Breakfast served at the beach club was an extra nice touch ☺️

Mattea was great. He offered to pick us up from train station. Room was large and very clean. All newly remodeled. It was helpful to have a comfortable kitchen when we wanted to eat on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun set.

The building is right on a semi-major road and the walkway is narrow so it would not be ideal for families with small children in strollers. There are also two flights of stairs up to the B&B. We had children ages 8, 10, 12 and we all walked it just fine. It's only narrow for a couple minutes. We were there in the off-season so we were lucky to get parking in front of the building every time but in the summer you would have to park just a 2 minute walk down towards the beach in a parking lot.

We had two rooms and the main king room had a balcony with a stunning view! Both rooms were extremely comfy and everything was newly renovated. It's a small town and this place is just out the outside of old town but you can walk everywhere. The host speaks wonderful English (unlike many of the other small southern Italian towns we stayed in) and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We were there in the off season so we didn't really use the beach but the place is a 5 minute walk to a big wide beach with lots of beach clubs and calm, clean water. We would definitely come back here in warmer weather!

Modern, clean, near old town Scalea and lovely views of the beach on the balcony. Nicely decorated b&b and I love the keyless entry.

The busy road that the b&b is on is a minor drawback. Sitting on the terrace you have a great view, but lots of traffic noise as well. Inside with the doors shut, noise was not a problem.

Great view from the terrace, super comfortable bed, room was spacious and furnished in a contemporary, upscale style. Bathroom tiles and fixtures look like they came out of a showroom. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Mattia was kind enough to provide transport to and from the train station, as taxis were hard to come by. We stayed about a week after the beach club closed for the season, so it wasn’t possible to have the included breakfast there, as usual. Mattia provided a large selection of breakfast items, including fresh fruit, juice and pastries for us to prepare our own breakfast. No other guests, so the kitchen area and the sitting area were ours alone. This is a great b&b for spending time in Scalea.

Views where fantastico, especially the sun sets! Room very clean, comfortable, great shower and the terrace was remarkable! Matt our host and owner was more than hospitable, very friendly, spoke English very well! Matt went overboard to make our stay wonderful, even provided U.S. transportation when we had trouble finding a taxi. The B&B is just a short walk to beach , very good restaurants., shopping! Breakfast was at the beach club where delicious and hostess there was so accommodating and friendly! The only down side why I didn’t give it all 10’s was the stairs. You had to walk up 3 flights to get to your room. Then for breakfast cross the street and go down another 2 flight to the beach club. My wife and I are 73 years old, though I had no problems my wife struggled because of previous heart problems. The good husband I am , I went down and bought her up breakfast to have on the terrace with the beautiful views.
