The location is absolutely amazing, near all of the major things we wanted to see. The room is large and very clean.

Everything was perfect - Room - Area - Clean - Staff We arrived really late and the owner was here to open the door and he drove us to find some place for dinner around Naples. Really good connection from the city centre (20 min by walk) and railway.

This was a really lovely guest house tucked away in the 'armpit' of the Duomo, in a little square off one of the busy, narrow streets of historic Naples. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the square and although it was in a busy area, it was extremely quiet once the doors were shut so I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and there is a communal kitchen/dining room that is great.

Our room didn’t have a proper window, it was looking to a wall , which was making the room quite dark even with the lights on.

It’s located in the historical center, 15 mins walk from Central Station and right next to the Duomo. The room and the shared area were very clean. Marinella the host , was very friendly and helpful. She also offered some snacks for breakfast.

Everything was great!

Beautiful clean and comfortable room in the heart of Naples historical centre. You are right next to the Obelisk of San Genaro and a beautiful church. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Lots of nice restaurants around good variety too and less than 10 min walk to nearest metro. Top top top. The staff were also incredibly helpful and so kind. There is parking nearby for a fee which helps if travelling by car.

Bed was a bit saggy (always a matter of personal taste) and creaky. One of the shower heads needs fixing. Other worked fine.

Very warm welcome and very helpful staff. Location is amazing - in the heart of the old town but set slightly back off the street so while there is some noise, it is reduced (and double glazing means it’s not a problem anyway, if the windows are closed.) Wonderful tips from staff on check-in and they were available and quick to answer at any time via WhatsApp. Room was very spacious and clean and matched the photos online. Thank you!

One of the rooms was humid and the bathroom shower was quite small. Locating entrance to room is challenging.

The rooms were clean and nice. The common kitchen was great and fully equipped. The location is good, in the heart of historical Napoli.

There were some minor loose things that need tightening.

Location was fantastic! Property was situated at end of corner square so the noise was not bad. Our room looked exactly like the photo. Bed was very comfortable. There was also a common area for other guests to use. The service was exceptional. The host was responsive and accommodating due to our situation. Mery was the lady who met us at the unit. She didn't speak English but we managed to communicate thanks to Google translate! She went out of her way to help us arranged for a legit taxi cab early next morning. It was 19.50 Euros from the property to Naples Airport.

They charged extra money for late check-in, which was not written in information first place. The apartment was next house to church so be ready that church bells ring next to your bed :)

I did not liked the extra fees about late check-in. It is not clear at all in the description and we had many discussions with the staff because of that. Also the check-in took too long (around 30 min). The breakfast is very limited. You can hear the noise from the street. For this price I was expecting to have a better room.

I really like the location of the room and the responsiveness of the staff despite they did not speak English. The room was clean.

The air conditioner didn’t work which wasn’t communicated until I arrived at check in. The room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. Other than that the location was great and the facility was clean and just as pictured.
