Your group arrived after the scheduled check-in time and we were still able to welcome you. You spent only one night at our B&B leaving the next morning very early so we are sure that you were not able to really understand our location which we believe to be very strategic for visiting the historic center and also the services that our structure is able to offer. One for all the wonderful glimpse of Naples that can be seen from our beautiful terrace. Furthermore, we confirm that our floor is the third and not the fourth as you wrote in your review.

hello, we accept any type of review provided that the guest expresses an objective and above all constructive opinion to give us the opportunity to improve. Your review is very generic and completely inaccurate as the B&B is historically a structure composed of two or more rooms with a bathroom. Evidently you thought you had booked a holiday home and therefore you were not careful. Just for the record and only for the truth, we inform you that our structure is equipped with 5 rooms of which 4 have a surface area of ​​about 25/30 meters each with really large bathrooms. Unfortunately, we must admit that your room alone is about 16 square meters and that does not seem small to us with a proper bathroom. The mold you are referring to is not mold, but only stains of condensation from water vapor. We have already scheduled an intervention for the restoration. For the view we believe that you could have used a terrace of about 200 square meters where you could admire an unforgettable glimpse of our beautiful Naples, instead you decided to complain about the view of the room for which, obviously, the cost is also related to the services and comforts that the room offers. Finally you arrived in Naples by booking the room a few minutes before your arrival with the opportunity of a last-minute at a truly very convenient cost. The staff managed to check in remotely to allow your entry and also book the garage for your car, the very good breakfast was included, but evidently it was not enough.
