Everything was great!

Good location, close to the tram station. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Florence. Enrico is very friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast.

Mr Enrico was most pleasant and helpful host. When my husband left his phone in the can from airport, he was in a panic. Mr Enrico was patient and supportive. The cab lady was kind and drove back to give the phone.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the central location. The breakfast was delicious, varied and prepared with care. Enrico was very kind and helpful to us during our stay. Could not have asked for a better host for our time in Florence!

Enrico and Luzme were the loveliest hosts who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality! I would rate this a 100/10

Enrico says that the customers can use everything. But customers have to refrain from using a little. If a sitting space which customers can use without asking would be there, it would be wonderful. But the present situation is also enough.

Enrico and his wife are very friendly and showed a perfect hospitality. We felt as if we have stayed in a family. The amenities in the bathroom had good quality. The location is also useful. It is very recommandable.

The hosts were exceptional, very caring and kind. As for the room and the bathroom, everything was new and crystal clear. The breakfast Enrico provided us with were the best we’ve had in Italy. The location is great, around a 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Every thing was great

Everything about the b and b was 5 star. Enrico and his wonderful wife were amazing hosts. And the breakfast were freshly made each morning by Enrico and were as tasty and different from anything we have ever had.Great location. Great venue.

Although I didn’t consider this a negative as the positives were too great, but there was no ‘true’ lounge area for 2 guests. There was 1 arm chair (very comfy) in the living space/room, a desk and desk chair. The TV was in the bedroom. We mainly just recharged in the bedroom as the bed was so comfortable!

A casa di Enrico e LuzMe was definitely a highlight of Florence. The quiet street of this place was a relief from the city centre. Practically next to the tram and train stations, it was also very accessible walk 20 mins into the city. The place was furnished with high quality finishings including the bed and pillows. The garden was accessible and was beautifully maintained. The place very clean and had a pleasant fragrance. Enrico and LuzMe were attentive with the little details of the place and I found the shower to be one of the best I’ve been in so far in Europe! It was much needed! Enrico was very prompt whenever I contacted him with various questions and queries. We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out time which was a huge relief! He was very kind and was very good and conversing in English. He prepared breakfast everyday which was something I looked forward to each morning. Thank you again Enrico and LuzMe!

Great breakfast with love, comfortable bed and daily's clean. it is convenient to take 5minutes for walking to metro station. Most importantly, the hosts are very friendly to remember guests drinking coffee or tea. (We tried the delicious restaurant Enrico recommend, thank him a lot!)

The place is very clean and cosy, with a nice little garden. It is close to the train station. All the sightseeings can be reached on foot. Enrico is taking care for the delicious breakfast and the hot coffee in the morning. He was very helpful to us and he even sent me home my pockebook, which I forgot in our room when we left.

Advertised as room with washing machine, coffee machine and kitchen with stove top. None of these for use to clients. Only 2 TV channels in English available.

Very well located. We walked everywhere. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.
