We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated, with great attention paid to every detail. The furniture was new and having air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen made our stay very pleasant, especially on warmer days. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional, including a dishwasher complete with detergent and easy-to-follow instructions — a very practical addition. We were pleasantly surprised to find some snacks like biscuits and chips, as well as basic cooking essentials, which made us feel very welcome. Also, the host was really kind, helpful and quick to reply. The garden is a bonus — a nice spot where you can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast outdoors. The apartment is also ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from most of the city’s main attractions, so exploring the area was very easy and convenient. All in all, this place felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and well-located place to stay.

The accommodation was bright, airy, and exceptionally clean, with all modern conveniences thoughtfully provided. High-quality toiletries and cleaning products were a welcome touch, and the many personal details throughout made us feel right at home. The host was responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any queries. The location is ideal—close to all major tourist attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

This property exceeded all expectations. The host was literally amazing. In contact at all times and going above and beyond. The apartment has been renovated with love and so many extra personal details added. The outside space was incredible and this is very hard to find when trying to book and apartment in Florence. They apartment is located just 10 minutes walk to the historical centre and is a lovely pleasant walk. Supermarket nearby too.

We loved Sylvia’s apartment. Sylvia is a delightful host who welcomed us personally and gave great restaurant/supermarket tips. The apartment is located in a safe attractive area. It was sparkling clean, with a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of soft fluffy towels and an excellent washing machine. We loved the tasteful decor and the easy access. We would thoroughly recommend A Casa di Guily

It was beautifully clean and had everything you could possibly need . The host answered every query in minutes and went out of her way be helpful - it was all superb. I couldn’t fault anything at all .

The host was very nice, tve property is really clean, the location quite good. The only downside is that the property is on a street that is quite noisy also during the night.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable very clean . Lots of the small details were thought of . Very close to the city centre about 20 min walk, lots of shops near by . Would highly recommend and definitely go again .

Silvia was a wonderful host and she provided everything we could have needed and more. She treated us like friends and went the extra mile to provide amenities beyond a typical host (tea, coffee, soap, shampoo) such as bottled water, facial wash, pocket tissues, chocolate, chips, candy, dish soap, laundry detergent, travel adapters, etc. The apartment was as cozy as it looked in pictures—beautiful, comfortable, and quiet! We preferred being in this residential area with our own patio area and with a convenient market across the street. We would love to stay here again, thank you, Silvia!

Clean, neutral decor, well maintained and well supplied with snacks, knives sharp enough for bread, detergent and essentials like oil, vinegar and seasonings. The outside area is good for warmer weather and the proximity to two supermarkets, non touristy restaurants and a few shops were brilliant.

We really loved this property. Silvia has renovated her aunt’s former apartment in an old/historic building to a very high, and tasteful, standard. Everything looks & feels like you’re the first visitors. Silvia herself met us to let us in & show us everything and she’s a lovely lady who messaged later that evening to make sure we were happy & everything was good. She’s thought of everything & we wanted for nothing. I think this is the first time I’ve ever given full marks to a property & it’s richly deserved.

The apartment was amazing and Silvia was the sweetest host! We had everything we needed in the apartment, from kitchen appliances to beautifully packed toiletries. The beds were comfortable, the 2 bedrooms were cosy and the apartment was very clean. The small outside terrace was great for breakfast or dinner.

This property was spotlessly clean, was well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and our host Silvia could not have been more accommodating :-) She answered messages promptly and went out of her way to ensure we had all that we needed.

The property was amazing, and the garden was so nice! We loved the neighborhood as well! There was plenty of space for my family of four (2 teenagers), and many ‘local’ bars and restaurants within walking distance. The property also had coffee and snacks ready for us when we arrived. Most of all, our host was extremely attentive and kind!

Everything was far superior to our expectations. Silvia went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and Silvia went to the trouble of bringing toys and a portable cot and bedding to the apartment for our little girl. Great location with shops and cafes close by. The apartment itself was immaculate, not a single speck of dust or dirt to be found. 100% recommend this property!! You will not be disappointed 😀

A lovely, modern apartment; entry is through a pleasant, private, gated courtyard; location a quiet residential area of Florence. Silvia met us on arrival, having patiently waited. A attractive, modern, clean apartment with character and fine personal touches of the owner. Spacious bedrooms, loved the bedside lights with dainty pull on-off switches. A modern bathroom - the shower recess had ample room and good hot water pressure. We very much enjoyed the welcoming excellent craft Beer on arrival, very relaxing after a long train journey to an unfamiliar city.......many thanks Silvia. For self-catering a very good Co-Op nearby. A no 6 bus from Santa Maria Novella Rail station was convenient during our stay.

Beautiful, clean and excellent apartment for two couples or family of four. The additional entrance garden with garden couch and table with chairs was great place to chill.

Cozy and beatiful apartment. absolutely spotless, with a nice are outside to relax, sring a beer or have breakfast or dinner. everything looked brand new. apt has two ACs, a fully equipped kitchen with free snacks and coffee for breakfast. Guily is the most friendly and helpful host you can imagine. One of best experiences i had on booking ever. highly recommended.

Amazing apartment ready to move in and live or for short stays. The apartment is equipped with literally everything you might need during the stay. 2 equally nice and comfy bedrooms, nice freshly renovated bathroom and great water pressure and all needed amenities Small but comfortable kitchen Great location Very quiet (the street was quiet and I dont think there atr any neighbors) Supermarket right in front of the house Absolutely fantastic host (super sweet, welcoming, helpful, gave all advise we asked for, tried to be as flexible as possible with checkin/out). This rarely happens but there was not one thing I can think of that could be done better. The apartment was sooo good that i didn't want to leave it and the host was so amazing that I wanted us to become friends :) Thank you very very much for everything again!
