We stayed just one day but we wish we could stay longer. The apartment was very clean and very cosy. It was just 5 minutes walking distance to the old town. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. Although she doesn’t know English, it was not a problem. We could park our car in front of the property easily. While we were leaving , she offer us a treat, homemade limoncello. It was very nice❤️

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience staying here! Communication with our host was great, even though we booked relatively spontaneously and arrived late—they were very accommodating. We found free street parking easily upon arrival, which was a huge plus. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the sunny balcony in the morning—it was the perfect spot to relax. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the city center, which was very convenient. One thing to note before arriving: payment is cash or PayPal only. Overall, great value and a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Carmela is a wonderful host, quick to respond and gave a good explanation and tour of the facilities. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus and a lovely place to start your day with breakfast.

A little bit too far to the historical center of Noto. If you are in a good health not a problem at all, in our case - this was a bit of inconvinience taking into account a hill that you neet to climb to reach the center.

Clean room, free parking next to the appartment, shared kitchen (well equipped to cook a lunch) located on the roof with a nice view. If coming back to this area - we would choose the same option which seems to be the best recommendation. Very nice and helpful Owner.

A great and welcoming place if you plan to spend a night in Noto. Walking distance to the main attractions (a bit up hill). Possibility to park your car just next to front door (visited in January). Possibility to warm up the room, even when it was quite cold outside. Even if the host does not speak English, we were able to communicate with a little help of Google Translate. Everything you need for a short stay in the city. Bathroom, and additional heater there deserves mention. We enjoyed our time in the hotel, and would recommend it. And great cornettos in a bakery nearby!

Perfect in every way. Carmela, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome. Beds were very comfortable. Heating worked well (we were there in December!). Fully equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with plenty of hot water. Parking was so easy, safe and free right outside the property. Communication with the owner was so easy. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Noto. Highly recommended - I really can’t imagine how it could be any better! Thank you so much Carmela.

Apparently there is a bakery right below which might be noisy during the night depending on your sleep. I personally didn’t hear anything and slept like a baby, while my partner woke up a couple of times.

The place is very clean, it has everything you need and an amazing terrace (we went in November so it wasn’t very used, but in summer it must be great). The spot is very close to the city centre! The owner is super kind!

Though the neighborhood is quite in general we had hard time with the bakery downstairs in the same building that was working at night and made a lot of noises that wake us up a couple of times before dewn..have to say we were to lazy to close the window so it might be menegable 😅

The place was shiny! Everything was clean- towels smells great, shower feels like new. There is a big dush with perfect stream and hot water. Super comfortable king sized bed with a Extra pillows. Carmella is super nice and welcoming, showed us the place and left us homemade limoncello bottle. Upstairs theres a shared terrace with sitting tables and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine with capsules. At the morning we had a fruit beg waiting for us near the doors room, with a little homemade Quince jelly. Definitely recommend this place!, felt like home. 5 minutes walk to the centre of noto, convenient and easy.

Perfect location for visiting Noto and other places closeby. Quite place but yet not far from the center and getting out of Noto was also easy. Place perfectly clean, very friendly and helpful host, bottled water waiting in the fridge in the room. Nice roof terrace with kitchen amenities where you can drink coffee and tea, eat breakfast. If I were to come to Noto again I would surely choose the same place to stay.

Although for such a densely populated area it was very very quiet, right below the appartement there’s a bakery shop. The plus side is that for a few cents we got warm and fresh ciabatta. The downside is that there was noise from 4 am and we had trouble sleeping through it. The noise was muffled, but still kept us up. Also it’s worth mentioning that there’s no outside window in the living room, it leads to a quiet but dark indoor court so the living room requires the lights on.

It was easy to park in front and free. The beds are comfortable , the towels are super soft. The landlady had soaps, coffee, olive oil, etc which makes things easier. The air conditioner works great. The landlady was very nice and very easily available. Always checking if we needed anything. The terrace is great but on the roof, not off the living room. Great to have a coffee but not for a meal, unless you have the courage to move everything upstairs.
