You must have a car to reach the place, but a small one, very narrow streets that require skilled driver and small enough car, not any car will go through. Furniture needs to be replaced (very old mattress and sofa, very limited equipment in the kitchen) The terrasse is not private it is shared with other tenants, not very practical from privacy perspective

Even though the view is amazing, the photos can be deceiving. The price - considering the area - was a little bit too high for the amenities. No branded toiletries (only a shampoo and shower gel bottle), kitchenware was not a lot to allow us to cook (Not that we needed for the amount of time at this time). The house looks fairly new in terms of construction but still needs a lot of improvements (holes, assembled furniture and appliances). The road to go the property is very small with traffic in both ways, very small to drive a rental car.

We enjoyed a lot the extended view from the property. From the top of the hill, we could see the Vesuvius, Castellammare di Stabia, Piano di Sorrento and Sorrento. We had a full house for us, with a quirky little kitchen, two bedrooms and a small bathroom. The hosts are very very welcoming and nice and the cats were great in keeping us company.

Not recommended for travelers who do not have a vehicle. We got off the bus from the main road and carried our luggage to walk uphill for half an hour.

The property is located on a hill, we could see Naples through the windows. The apartment inside is very clean and tidy; there is a kitchen with utensils etc. The host was very accommodating as we did not have a vehicle.

How to get there… 😅 if you have a car, it’s easier but make sure you ask Rosa for specific directions before going! We were a bit lost but then she told us where to meet her.

I wish there was a small teapot to make tea. If you want to stay in this hotel, be sure you have a car, or it may be too hard to walk from the bus station, particularly at night. Not every vehicle can come there, we had Fiat 500 and it was totally ok.

Absolutely fantastic sea view from the hotel terrace. Nice and wide rooms with small kitchen where you can possibly cook smth, make coffee. Bed is comfortable and large. Bed clothes are clean. Since it is located high in the mountains, it is never too hot, we did not even use AC during the night and day. Very authentic place where one can feel like in old Italy. free parking. Very quiet place. The hostess greeted us at the bus station and took to the hotel.

The bathroom is quite small and the shower curtain doesn’t contain all the water in the shower.

The terrace, scenery and location are exceptional and we purposely booked somewhere, a little further a field, to great that true sense of rustic and authentic Sorrento. If you are prepared to walk for 12-15 mins, you are near two bus stops and just need a phone map to guide you. Rosa was a wonderful host and went out of her way to accommodate us. She picked us up as we arrived late on the bus and as we had been back packing across Italy, even offered to do a load of washing for us - not that I want to promote this as a service she regularly provides but it just shows the efforts she went to, to make our stay comfortable and to welcome us. She has a stunning home and the views from the terrace were breathtaking.

The view was fantastic. The owner was so helpful in getting us from to her house. She picked us up from the small town of Sant’Agata to take us to the house. For dinner, we walked back into Sant’Agata and went to a small restaurant Bar Orlando that is full of locals and tourists and very welcoming. We also walked to Priora, which was down the hill. Yes, the hill is very steep; but, only 10 minutes. We purchased bus tickets to Sorrento from the tabacchi and the woman helped us figure out how to get to our next location. Overall, I really enjoyed being dropped into the middle of nowhere (as mentioned in previous posts) and having a much more immersive, authentic experience. Oh, and the view was spectacular.

Very far from Sorrento, we had a 30-40 minute bus ride up the hill/mountain.. It was beautiful, but we didn't realize it was so far from Sorrento. The place was beautiful, but not easy to get to on your own, we called the owner, she came and got us from the bus stop, nice of her, but we never would have found it on our own. If you stay here, plan to cook there instead of going out for dinner. We couldn't get Wi-Fi the whole time we were there.

The view was by far the best! Gorgeous view! Plenty of space, there were 4 of us. Nice inside and you had a beautiful patio with a fireplace/outdoor oven. Far from town though.

Was not a problem for us, but the location is a difficult climb away from the bus station uphill. So you either need to like walking uphill, or rent a car/scooter for the duration of the stay. Taxis are quite expensive, so I would not recommend.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is superb, quiet and is a perfect relaxing holiday home - and they have some beautiful cats in the yard. It's outside of the busy and loud areas of the town. Good value for money - would recommend!

If you want yo get there, it is better you got a small car because the road,which leads to the location, is quite narrow.

It is in a very nice and quiet location. There is a beautiful scenery with seaview and landscapes. The kitchen is fully equipment. The bathroom is very nice and clean with hot water.

The location is so hard to reach without a car. We arrived at night so it was a very steep path. With luggage was so hard.

The hotel is far from Sorrento center, 12Km but 40 minutes by difficult and narrow roads. Not all cars can drive by the road to arrive. There is nothing close to the house, even any place to get water. That is another inconvenience when nothing for breakfast is served in the house, not even a coffee. You have to arrange a meeting in advance to be escorted to the house. If not you will not arrive by yourself. Very small bathroom, I imagine that depends on the room you get in the house Take care with the pictures because maybe doesn’t match the reality today. Not good place to visit Sorrento
