We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThere is really little to complain, we have booked 3 children but when we came we didn't have 3 beds ready , arrived late night and we needed to figure out how to make third bed and search for pillows and sheets . Unfortunately we didn't find them so the first night wasn't very pleasant so my son slept with us. Also the pillows were really uncomfortable, hard and high so impossible to sleep on, we only found 2 spare ones. So the week we didn't have any. Eleonora , the owner promised to fix this for the next guest. She is lovely and speaks English, helped us to solve rubbish as Baunei doesn't have containers and we did not know about it.
The location is perfect, just right in the centre , close to grocery shops, bar, restaurants and even ice-cream shop ! The apartment was perfectly clean and has basic equipment. Little balcony where you can enjoy beautiful view on the mountains. Overall I would recommend booking this apartment in Baunei .

MaltaWe went in December and it was quite cold inside and if you switch a lot of electricity while ac is in the power goes off.

Smelly old towels!!!! You can easily throw up just by smelling them!!! I mean seriously bring your own, and don’t bother using the washing machine (rusty old thing doesn’t even work properly)! Parking can be a challenge!
It was very easy to find and it is spacious!

Apartment spacious and large. Well located. Kitchen quite well equipped. We were in January. There was the possibility of heating. There was no problem with getting to the apartment. No toilet seat!!! I wrote to the owner but got no answer!!!

Germanywe decided to take the apartment after great reviews here, but to be honest we were a bit disappointed to get this apartment for a price of around 100 dollars. once we entered and started the communication with the host via WhatsApp, she said that since we had a last minute booking (one day prior arrival), we should be very careful with apartment cause someone else is checking in next day and she needs to Organise cleaning between us (what is quite obvious). but ok, not a big deal. flat: very big, but we were staying end of December and outside it is quite cold, in apartment was very cold when we arrived. we switched on the air conditioning in 2 rooms so that it could get warmer. floor itself is very cold (house is old, to it was expectable), so would be great to offer house shoes. Fotos look quite fancy but actually inside it is much more old school. which is nice to feel the atmosphere. we wanted to use wash machine, asked if there anywhere washing powder and the host said we should check if we find somewhere in a flat 😅 that it was there but maybe other guests picked it. in General sure powder shouldn’t be in the flat, but would be nice cause when travelling for some days on the island it is not convenient to buy it for just two times washing:) town: in winter time it is a very boring place, where also not easy to find shops/good restaurant, would recommend as a stop over
