Beautiful clean rooms, two very comfortable pools which are open 24/7. A bistrot thats open until 22:00 and their own restaurant.

Nice,stylish rooms in pretty gardens, surrounded by olive groves. Beautiful pool area. Good breakfast served by the pool.

We have stayed before - it was perfect then and was perfect this time 😍 We were coming into Ancona by ferry from Greece and knowing the usual poor timekeeping had communicated with the host regarding a potential late arrival. They were brilliant, very responsive and equally very accommodating!! Much appreciated 😀 Food and service in the restaurant was superb …..

The apartment was huge and very well equipped but sadly there was signs of damp and peeling paint in the bedroom. No parking near the accommodation so if you had lots of luggage you'd struggle and it's up hill and 300 + meters. We didn't mind but maybe it should be clearer when booking.

Beautiful setting but really close to Ancona. Very quiet and peaceful. We'd like to return in summer. The restaurant was fabulous.

Not a dislike but just something to be aware of (particularly if you issues with mobility) as accommodation is a bit of a trek from the car park uphill along winding paths - weather was awful so got soaked getting luggage to the room. Restaurant didn’t open till 7.45pm, we weren’t aware so turned up at 7pm whilst staff were eating but they happily let us in out of the rain. Just observations as opposed to ‘dislikes’ !!

Fabulous location set amongst a working olive farm, lovely spacious room, huge bed, stunning bathroom with walk in shower. Very peaceful and welcome stopping point on our journey. Would be ideal spot for anyone getting the ferry from Ancona.

I didn’t like the shower in the bathtub with no screen. Very awkward to use. I didn’t like the big window overlooking the garden with no curtains or blind. Although the view was amazing, at times one would like some privacy too! We also find clean dishes in the dishwasher, they obviously were not stored in the cupboards before our arrival.

I liked the cozy feel of the apartment, the amazing view and the lovely breakfast. Staff very courteous and responsive. The olive trees surrounding the property.

It had everything we needed. Room was large and comfortable with lovely extra touches. We only stayed one night unfortunately and in the winter however in the summer I can imagine this would be a haven of tranquility. Wonderful setting and two fabulous swimming pools. Restaurant was fantastic and good value. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic stay.

It was disappointing that there was no milk in the room and we found the breakfast a bit limited.

The location was convenient for arriving at the port of Ancona and the suite was clean and spacious.

Modern comfort with charm. Beautiful location, extremely well appointed and designed rooms, and excellent for travelling with dogs. The rooms have direct access onto a lovely garden and walks through the olive orchards. And…the food at the hôtel restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. We zere only passing through for one night but wish we could have stayed a few days in the countryside retreat

Apart from the state of the road to get there there was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent off the beaten track place with superb rooms and great restaurant. We stayed there 10 years ago and we had the same room. Staff were great and although it had expanded it was just as good. We will return at some time in the future

Our stay was perfect. Leonardo and his team were very nice and helpful. The breakfast by the pool with the view is a dream. Dinner was also very good. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

Great location, friendly staff, fab restaurant and of course, superb olive oil, food and wine. Last minute decision to stop here on way to Bari, will be visiting the shop on the way back. I don't award 10's very often but this was well deserved.

Breakfast is too early (ended at 9.30 am) and not a lot of salty options unfortunately but still very tasty !

It was cosy and cute, lots of flowers, in the nature so it was very resourceful! Not far from the centre too, very accessible in car.

This was our second visit, we like that it isn’t far from the highway and yet you have beautiful scenery around you. The rooms are perfect especially if you have a dog with you as we had our own patio. The quality of the food in the restaurant is superb and the ingredients are fresh and local, this along with a fantastic selection of wines made for a lovely evening meal. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and we will definitely visit again.

Nothing not to like. Highly recommended

Its a great place to stay. I stay there every time I am travelling on the ferry from Patras to Ancona or visa versa. The room is great, the property is great as are the staff and the food. Its easy to find and close to the ferry terminal whilst being in an olive grove. Cant fault it. Parking is great. I travel with my cat and she can relax and walk there on her lead. Dinner is so lovely, beautifully presented and they bottle their own wine from their grapes.

Ice cold room at 16 degree at my arrival

I honestly liked everything. The place amazing , the room beautiful...the food great...but one thing only went wrong. The room was ice cold . No heating has been switch on prior my arrival and not the thermo towel hanger. I had to sleep with clothes on and still l was cold A pity. I would have given 10. J appreciated the upgrade to a suite but knowing that it was Soo cold I would have prefer a small and warm room

Our Second stay at this beautiful place. The owner is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is stylish, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant is excellent (closed on Wednesday evening) Amazing grounds and views 😍

Little difficult to meet/talk to people at reception as lady did not speak english or nobody present at reception. Could be because it was harvest season so not really a big deal.

Great value for money. Large apartment. Great swimming pool. Real agriturismo with beautiful olive trees. Excellent breakfast. Only 10 min drive to Ancona city center
