We stayed for 7 days in early August in these apartments and really enjoyed everything. We were welcomed by Ferruccio, the owner of the apartment, who gave us great recommendations on places, beaches, and tours to visit. The apartment was cleaned every day, and everything was spotless and comfortable.

There weren’t many shops or grocery stores nearby, only a 24/7 water vending machine, which was helpful but a bit limiting.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The daily cleaning service, fresh towels, and hygiene products were a great touch. The room was compact but had everything we needed — fridge, air conditioning, wardrobe — perfect for two people.

I thought the metro would have been closer which would have meant travel into the city a little easier- the nearest station was unfortunately closed.

The apartment was in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was contemporary yet in an old palace building g which made it so unique.

Excellent accommodation in the lovely Chiaia neighborhood of Naples, clean and very quiet. Very convenient access to metro lines 2 and 6. The owner Ferruccio is very friendly and responds within minutes to any request, day and night.

A fantastic base. Excellent communication from Ferruccio who arranged for Anna to pick us up from the airport. An excellent location in easy walking distance from the Metro, funicular, the seafront and also quiet enough to not feel busy in the area. The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning. My son said it was the best shower he’d ever had! The beds were also super comfy.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Our stay in the Naples Chiaia flat exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with a delightful mix of charming boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Speaking of food, we were spoiled for choice with the incredible variety of local cuisine right at our doorstep. Every meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the rich flavors and traditions of Naples. The flat itself was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. But what truly made our visit special was the kindness and hospitality of the locals. The people we met were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. I can't recommend this flat enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Naples. It was a perfect holiday retreat in a beautiful and lively part of the city. We can't wait to return!

A perfect place to stay in Naples. Absolutely clean and tidy, with many details to provide guests with a complete experience. All praise for the interior, designed with a lot of style and very pleasant for staying. The bed and pillow are so comfortable it feels like sleeping on a cloud. The location is quiet for a good night's sleep, which is very important, yet there are bars, restaurants, shopping areas, and promenades nearby. The name really suits it: "Un passo da tutto" (A step from everything). 😊 And host Mr. Ferruccio deserves special praise for his hospitality. He took care of us at every moment, from before our arrival, during our stay, to the end where he allowed us a late check-out that saved us because it was raining outside. He also arranged our transfer to the airport, which meant a lot and made things much easier for us. A big thank for everything! Highly recommend staying in Naples, "Un passo da tutto."

Ferruccio was so friendly and accommodating, even helped us get back to the airport after our stay. Location is fantastic, safe area, right by the sea. Room is spotlessly clean, and cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and aircon was ace. Really great stay, we loved it here. If we came back to Naples we’d definitely stay here again.

Everything about this b&b is perfect. The location is amazing - on a gorgeous little street very characteristic of Naples, in a lovely neighbourhood called Chiaia. It’s walking distance from the historic centre and nice to be in a quieter area without so many tourists, and it is super close to many bars and restaurants. It is also right by a beach and super close to the lungomare. The rooms are very modern, clean, super comfy beds, great showers, come with a fridge and water and all usual amenities. The host is absolutely lovely, very friendly, offering coffees and was always contactable. I forgot an item after checking out and he organised for me to able to pick it up without any hassle - going above and beyond! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to walks on the waterfront, transport and great dining options. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and helpful - communication before our arrival and during our stay was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. We like the the property as it is in a good location where not a lot of tourists stay only the local residents.

The property from the outside view is ok and it’s close to the river the local call it “ the beach”& when you go further down the Port is there where you can purchase ferry tickets to other islands. But the inside of the property is very clean it has its own personal elevator that take you directly to the guest house. My wife and I feel very safe while inside our room, it’s very quiet & the room is very clean. Also the owner is very nice but speak little English communicate through google translate.
