We really have no complaints. My first impression on arrival was a little apprehensive as there is graffiti everywhere, but l later learned that it was everywhere. We did enjoy the area.

Our host Giorgio was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us with directions and our sightseeing plans. Location was walking distance to Bars and Restaurants. And a short tram ride to the city. Room was clean and comfortable.

Basically everything was beyond our expectations, but the host is especially amazing, true example of Italian hospitality! The breakfast is just enough to leave you satisfied, it's not too heavy so that you can enjoy the local trattorias.

The host is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Rome. The location is great as Pigneto has a wonderful pedestrian street full of bars and cafes as well as other shops. The tram to Termini station is great and the 81 bus goes to the colosseum and Vatican. Breakfast is good.

WiFi didn’t work very well but other than that, the stay was perfect.

Really lovely host, helpful and friendly, and made a really yummy breakfast for us. Comfortable bed and great facilities and location. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B!

Everything was ok.

I liked everything, the host was so polite and helpful. The area was so full of places to eat good and drink something, and so full of evening life. Metro and tram very near. The location was very clean, and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, we will comeback one day!

Breakfast needed a bit more imagination but was OK.

Excellent location outside of main city hub. Cafes, restaurants just around the corner on a pedestrian walkway plus food shops, metro. Bus station close. Accommodation very safe and secure. Dated decor/fittings but that just added to its charm. Beds comfortable. Georgios the host was a marvel. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice guy.

We really liked the way the host treated us: they were helpful, kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We were given advice on were to go in the city and what transport to take. The breakfast was on time. The room was clean and cozy. Overall, we recommend Abitazione Pigneto.

We love our stay in this B&B. Georgio- the owner was very kind and polite person. He did everything and even more for his hosts. The apartment wasn't in the center of Roma, but there were bus stop just in front and transport worked very good. We can reach the center very smooth. The apartment was super clean and comfy. Giorgio is a fantastic host. The room was large, comfortable and clean and overall was an easy process from start to finish. Giorgio offers a simple yet delicious breakfast. The accomodation is located around heaps of transport so it was easy to get around Rome. We would recommend this property to everyone

The toilet was not working properly. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is not a problem. Please don't wait for bus number 81. You will wait a long time and take time to get where you want to go. I suggest moving from the "Pigneto" metro station to the "Roma Termini" metro/train station. Then, you can go wherever you want.

The house owner is incredible, and the area is cool at night. It has a great atmosphere.
