Great location! So nice staff, I love their approach to the guests. Very good value for money. Nice restaurant in the hotel, good breakfast.

Uncomfortable bed :(

Located in the shopping street, not far from the beach. They contracted with parking place which is some meters away and was paid by them

The keys were mixed at check-in, The bed was not a good one

The room was always clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always nice.

The room was quite small and there was no refrigerator. The breakfast was lacking vegetables and should be more varied. Except for the sweet options, there were multiple cakes and desserts.

We had a great time, unfortunately we came for a short time, but we were very satisfied with everything!!! the welcome and service cannot be put into words! they are very kind and friendly! the breakfast is plentiful, everything in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. the bed is comfortable, close to the beach, has its own deck chairs. it is in the middle of the nightlife, yet you can hardly hear it in the room. If Jesolo, just Acapulco! there are certainly nicer and better ones for those who want it, but the kindness of the staff is priceless!!!! The staff surprised me on my partner's birthday, which very friendly

big balcony, restaurant as part of the hotel with good food choice, beach service included in price. Parking - this was also good, though it was around 10 minutes on foot from hotel, but we received a card and could use our car if we needed to, which isnt always possible at other hotels. We also received one bottle of wine upon leaving the hotel for our way home :)

Breakfast was good, with minor changes every day, but what we missed most were vegetables, mainly paprica and cucumbers, but also pancakes.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, but most of them speak poor English. The terrace is large enough to sit on. Very useful safe in the room. Good internet connection. Parking is provided and secured. Free sunbeds on the nearby beach (100m away). Decent breakfast.

The room is small with not much space to move around. The terrace is sunny for most of the day, with no awning. The water in the shower changed temperature during use (probably a faulty mixer). When I mentioned during the reservation that I needed a parking spot because I’m pregnant, I was told to contact them again a few days before arrival to reserve one, as that's when they make the parking plan. I did so and was assured that parking was secured. However, when I arrived, they told me that the main parking lot was full and directed me to park in the "emergency parking" and to leave them my car keys, but they assured me they wouldn’t move the car without me (or my permission). On the last morning, the car had been moved. I was in the room the entire time, and no one came or called to ask me to move the car if necessary. When I asked them about it, they couldn’t explain the situation due to their poor English.

Breakfast was very good and delicious. The hotel was always clean and the staff were very kind. Special thanks to the ladies at the reception for their kindness and help.

The only thing we missed was the cool box

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options for everyone. We would especially like to commend receptionist Eva, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her warm smile and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to our friends and family!

Great location,balcony with sea view,great hotel overall,the staff was very kind,free parking and free sunbeds on the beach.

The breakfast was really poor, the coffee was bad,small room,very small bathroom with barely any space,the faucet had a leaking drain and the shower drain needed to be covered with a plastic bag because it smelled really bad.

The Hotel is great,great service,great location and the food was so delicous. The room was clean with enough space and with large balcony. Beach is very close,2 minuts walking. All employees in this hotel are so kind  and very keen to help. My husband and I very enjoyed our staying here,and we higly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend his holiday vacation feeling" like at home".  I've forgotten to mention that sunbeds and umbrella are included in the price along with the breakfast. The breakfast was so delicous,I will never forget the taste of best donuts I have ever eaten before and of course the smell and taste of Latte Macchiato. Thank you Acapulco Beach🙂
