My partner stayed down on the road with the luggage whilst I went up the hill to check in at the hotel reception. This is not a complaint, however we are glad we didn’t drag the suitcases up the hill and back down again (apartment is opposite, down the hill) as it would have been a decent workout. Otherwise a nice stay.

It was out of the busy area. Quiet with the sounds of nature. Perfect for our one night stay. The reception and breakfast room was at the hotel opposite, up on the hill. The breakfast was very nice we sat outside and enjoyed the view.

Difficult to find. A sign from the road wouldnt harm anyone. (Check in different building than this room).

Check in and check out at Hotel Accini was efficient. The weather was cool, so we were glad that the heatpump warmed our room nicely. The room was cleaned daily. We liked that there was an elevator. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

As others have stated, it can be a little confusing to find. They have a hotel across the street and up the hill. That is where you check in and out. It is the pink building in the pictures I have included. You then walk down the hill and across the street to the orange building, which is where the apartment is. They call it an apartment but it is really just a hotel room. It has a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. No kitchenette. The room is located on the first floor of the building and has an oval picture of a key on the front of the door. Once you walk in that door, there are two more doors one numbered 14 and one numbered 15. This particular room was located on the left, room number 14. One other thing to note would be that the water in the shower constantly fluctuated between hot and cold. It was a little nerve-racking, wondering how hot or cold the water would get before it switched back. The shower is super small, so there is absolutely no way that you could get out of the stream of water very quickly if it went too far in either direction. Additionally, if it applies to you, the staff was not able to communicate in English well. You also must wait until 8 AM to check out. We were ready to leave by 7:15 AM, but we’re told that we had to wait until 8 AM by a staff member.

There was no wifi, or air conditioner. It was very warm. It was very close to areas to see and the train station was close,so close it went right by the property. All in all it was fine to stay because of lol action.

They say check in is until 10 on booking.com, but then message and say it’s until 8. The hotel did accommodate our late arrival, which we appreciate, but they should correct the information on the website. Same issue with the check-out. On booking it says until 10am (which is way to early), but in the room isn’t says 10:30-12. However at 11:30 they were messaging me saying that I should have checked out my then. The room was ok, but nothing great.

The property is very well located and has a gated parking area. We stayed at an apartment across the street from the hotel, so not sure it’s all the same, but the room was ok overall.

Fantastic location and just around the corner of the beach and 5 mins walk to the station. The room is clean with a comfortable bed, and a little shared balcony outside.

The elevator wasn’t working fine. It didn’t stop at our stage. We have to carry the bags on the stairs.

Nice and friendly welcome at the reception - the lady explained everything. Beautiful, new and perfectly equipped apartment with a terrace. A few meters from the beach, a minute walk from a small grocery store and a restaurant next to the house. Parking available and a great breakfast in the morning with friendly service. Everything was wonderful

Caterina was so helpful and the family were all super friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the Cinque terra and having a secure parking place for our campervan just gave us peace of mind.
