We would have liked our towels changed more often, and perhaps the sheets. We stayed 10 days, and the sheets did not get changed while we were there. It is an older building, we had a couple of neighbors who were pretty loud at night. We were confused about checking in. When you arrive there is a huge door and you have to figure out who to ring to be let into the building. Apparently, this is a problem, as we ran across another couple checking in one day and they didn't know the procedure either.

We were looking for a "jumping off" point - Didn't expect super accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for getting public transportation, and there are a couple of good restaurants super close. The building is older, but charming.

generally its ok but can be better. there is no slippers in the room even in bathroom. there is no coffee. personally i would prefer to get a notice, when the room is going to get cleaned.

access to the historical places is really good, its just 20 minutes walk to Colosseum and 3 minutes walk to metro and bus stop. also it was clean

Rooms were so small. Barely enough room for two people to be comfortable. Especially if you have 2 massive check in bags. The bathroom was literally like a closet size (think of it longways).

Don't know if it was our room but, it was tiny. Very simple but like barely enough room for 2 people to comfortably move around. Basically served as safe storage and a place to rest your head. Just a very tight small space.

The breakfast is quite poor, and there is no coffee maker/water kettle in the room, contrary to what was stated in the description. The beds are very uncomfortable. In the night, we could hear the music coming from the bar nearby.

The location is perfect, near the metro station and within walking distance from main attractions. The room is quite big, and the staff is friendly.

This was the best property which is located in the center of the town and it is very close to Rome termini. Moreover everything is easily accessible like, the metro is just 2 minutes away from the room and even the colosseum is in walkable distance. Overall I felt that it is worth for the money

The double pullout sofa is not comfortable for adults, the children were better on that. The left window was broken so did not close properly and the safe was not working to keep passports etc in. When there is B&B in the name it implies that breakfast is part of the deal in English, it is not here. It was part of the deal on Booking.com but there are no breakfast facilities.

The ease of check in. Nice old building and windows. The two single beds were good. Closer to Metro and tram.

There is many issues in the room , the sink get clogged and the smell was really bad … also , the room door closed and we weren’t able to go inside… we waited about 2 hours for them to reopen the door ….
