The service and friendliness of the staff helped ease our frustration to some extent – they were always polite and did their best to assist. The hotel also has a small swimming area for children, including a baby splash pool and various play features, which was a nice touch for families. The sea view from the breakfast room was stunning. A separate parking space can be used for an additional fee of €10.00 per day. It is located about 150 meters from the hotel. Otherwise, there are a few free parking spots in front of the hotel, but they were usually fully occupied.

We stayed for four nights as a family with two adults and two small children (one needing a baby cot) and were overall quite disappointed. Room & Facilities: Rooms are very small and basic. The baby cot had to be placed in front of the wardrobe, which made daily use difficult. After our stay, we were told the room “isn’t designed for that” – then why offer it? The furniture was worn, and the mattress extremely uncomfortable – you could feel every single spring. I had severe back pain after four nights. We didn’t complain, assuming a replacement wouldn't be much better. The air conditioning was also very loud, and it was hardly possible to fall asleep. Cleanliness: While surfaces looked clean, a thick layer of dust under the bed suggested otherwise. Cleaning could be more thorough. Service & Infrastructure: The elevator is far too small – even with a compact stroller, no second person fits. Staff claimed this is “normal,” but in five years of travel, we’ve never encountered such a problem. Especially in a family hotel, this is a major issue. There was also no space in the room for the stroller; we had to leave it in the unsecured playroom where evereybody could come in from outside. The bathroom was very small and lacked storage. Breakfast often meant waiting for a free table, and simple things like a place to put your tray while serving were missing. Technical Equipment: Only three German channels were available, and they were hard to find among 900 unsorted stations. A sorted list by language would be a simple fix. Conclusion: At over €180 per night, we expected significantly more. Room size, comfort, cleanliness, and infrastructure simply do not reflect the price level. Although the staff was friendly and we appreciated the sea view and kids’ area, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel overall.

I really loved the location and the warm hospitality. As a woman, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The room was always spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely top-notch!

I have nothing to complain about — the quality and price were worth every penny!

Great location, yards from the beach and had its own pool. Very comfortable rooms and great housekeeping.

I feel there could be more savoury options for breakfast. The food supplied was very tasty just a lot of sweet options.

Clean hotel focused on families with children. Very nice staff, full professionalism. Games for children in Italian, hotel focused mainly on Italian tourists, but in the hotel they speak English very well, helpful and smiling staff. To the free beach about 400m you have to cross the street. Rooms cleaned every day and clean towels. Rooms clean and modest, there is air conditioning, fridge, TV. Large playroom for children on the hotel premises. Bicycle rental. Small, very nice swimming pool at the back of the hotel, clean water.

Booking through Booking was postponed by one day and being already on the way it is average information. We had to buy an additional night. (No refund) We got free parking for this... (about 40 euros) a bit of a laugh. On site even a word of apology. For this we got a room with a view of the garbage cans and a room adjacent to the elevator. I would have tried harder knowing that I exposed a future client to material losses. Paid parking, no access to the beach is associated with its purchase, so the daily cost is about 20 euros. Italian breakfasts very sweet, no vegetables, scrambled eggs from powder. We found mold in the toast bread. I drank better coffee in Italy - average.

the front desk was very welcoming, and spoke English very well. they took our bags to the room for us and offered drinks on the patio.

my only complaint was the air conditioner wasn’t as cool as I would like, but the room was still a comfortable temp.
