Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomTransport links to the area, not just the hotel were hard to find. Easiest thing is a taxi. UBER, there's 1 local guy who we never saw on the App.
My friend and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Misano Race Circuit. The staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and places to eat. Simone the Bar man was great! Clean rooms, good breakfast and relatively inexpensive comapred to most places. The Hotel Manager even arranged a family friend to take us to the Airport as taxi's/UBER were hard to come by on a Monday evening.

PortugalThe hotel staff and particularly Francesca were tireless and above and beyond by helping out in any question or any situation such as providing personalized medical care, removing difficult stains and restaurant recommendations. Also the staff served breakfast before regular operation hours which was deeply appreciated!!

United KingdomNo kettle or provision to make hot drinks in the room. But this is a minor point and did not lower my opinion of the hotel. Just letting people know. Our room was quite small but big enough for the two of us. In any case we didn't spend much time in the room as we were out and about.
Excellent location. We came for the MotoGP and could walk to the stadium from the hotel. No faffing about with buses/taxis necessary. 30 mins walk to stadium. Also less than 5 mins walk to the lovely beach. And round the corner from shops and restaurants. Perfect. The hotel is on a nice quiet tree shaded street. Very picturesque. Hotel staff are second to none for friendliness and helpfulness. Nice bar in the Reception area and there is also a seating area/terrace outside to chill in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially if you like a variety of yummy cakes to start the day. The hotel is great value for money.

ItalyI didn't really like how breakfast was served. What is there to be picked and what you are supposed to ask for is quite unclear and counterintuitive. Forks, salt and milk aren't there to be collected, but eggs, cups, cereal and bowls are. Look in every corner and you may find what you are looking for...if not, ask a waiter.
Excellent location. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by Francesa's welcoming smile. She spoke very good Englsh which helped alot. The room was very clean, enough storage to hang clothes with drawers and cupboards for bags etc. Lovely touch having your own balcony. Breakfast was plentiful, usual continental and English breakfast tea if you wanted it. Served lovely espressos in their own bar when returning from a night out. We stayed there as we went to the World Superbike Championship at the Marco Simoncelli circuit, go Loka and Toprak!!!! I saw past reviews that you could walk there from the hotel but due to distance I recommend taking your car if you have one. Breakfast is served from 8am but if you wanted it earlier you could ask the night porter for some food. We also had a prepared lunch one day which was about €8 per head for generous sandwiches, apple, plums and water. Surrounding the hotel are various bars and shops, icecream parlours, the beach is a street away with a fab cycle path should you want to hire a bike. When busy period recommend using The Fork app to reserve restaurant bookings in the area otherwise there will be a long wait. The hotel does not do evening meals but have a list of restaurants available, some with a discount if you mention Hotel Adria. There is parking available close by which was €5 euros per day. If I come back to watch the bike racing again, will certainly stay there. All of the ladies that work there are friendly and very hospitable. . A great second hotel of our four hotel 25th Wedding Anniversary roadtrip, next to Venice before returning back to Bologna!!

AustraliaThe bathroom had a weird shower set up like a free standing screen. The room was ok but a little small. A small fridge would have been nice.
The breakfast was good. There was enough variety. The location was great. Not only because it was easy access to the beach but the street in front of the hotel was a paved area with trees. Really lovely. The hotel was decorated really well. Bright and airy.

United KingdomBreakfast was relatively poor with limited choice of the same things every day except for some different cakes/tarts that I wouldn't really consider a breakfast item. Some of the pastries were often overcooked and dry and on a couple of occasions appeared stale as if left over from previous day. I wouldn't choose breakfast here again as it gets a bit boring and there is a fantastic bakery round the corner and plenty of cafes. The room was a reasonable size but bathroom was very small making it difficult to dry off or get dressed after a shower, corner entry to shower is very tight as it next to sink and water was never more than Luke warm. The hotel is also rather poorly sound proofed, noise from other rooms both above, next door and from corridors carries loudly. Rooms are also very basic and dated
The location is ideal, just a couple of streets off the main street so a bit quieter, ait conditioned room
