However, the mattress was not comfortable and the executive room near the rooftop had a smell of food. Also, reaching the hotel was inconvenient as I had to walk about 15 minutes with my suitcases due to the ZTL area. The hotel did not provide a shuttle or taxi service, and I couldn’t find one near the parking in Cavour.

The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and the historic area. The staff are very friendly, especially Mohammad at the reception who was very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the executive room offers a nice view.

We have a very good stay. Room was very clean, beds are comfortable, stuff is very friendly, breakfast is good , nothing bad to say, location is perfect . Very quiet at night and very convenient for sightseeing . Highly recommended

Breakfast for some diets could result in utensils mixing with meat products - however credit to the staff to ensuring that this was resolved by the managers and hotel staff asking the kitchen to make separate food on arrival to breakfast.

Beautiful property with great service. Some issues quickly resolved by all staff, great service from all the service desk including Mohammed and lady with the blonde hair. Breakfast service was exceptional - a special mention to Mariam for her courteous manner and service.

Excellent service, super-helpful, friendly and accommodating. Roof top Gin bar was amazing at night, great views of the city and amazing cocktails curated by more amazing staff.

There is nothing bad about this hotel!

Absolutely stunning hotel with fantastic staff and wonderful facilities. They provide everything you could need, the breakfast is brilliant and they were very helpful with our allergy issues. The location is perfect and a short walk to all the beautiful tourist attractions. The family suite was absolutely perfect with a sliding door in between the parents and children’s room. We had fabulous views from our balcony, excellent air conditioning, usb ports, plenty of storage, tea and coffee, fruit platter on arrival and a well stocked bathroom of toiletries. The roof terrace and gin bar is a great addition too. We had the best time in Rome and we are so thrilled to have really struck lucky with our choice of hotel! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and being so incredibly helpful and lovely. You really made our stay in Rome magical. Grazie!

Room for 4, was better for 3. We ended up taking an extra room on a different floor - it was higher up and more exposed to the sun and AC didn’t work as well as on the lower floor.

Superb location. Everywhere is walkable. Staff - front of house staff and concierge staff - really excellent. Breakfast waitresses very good, bar staff on gin roof top bar, very good as well.

Most of the staff were excellent but a couple were slow (eg to get a coffee at breakfast or take our order for food on the rooftop bar). We weren’t in a hurry but these staff let down the staff who were excellent such as the wonderful man with very high standards who checked us in. He was perfect!

The breakfast was very good and solid however i would've liked more options. Something that annoyed me a little was that the bathroom in the room didnt have a door, it was just a curtain, so that made me a little anxious.

The location is very central and wonderful, the room we had was surprisingly spacious and pretty big for Europe. (deluxe room with balcony)

staff helpful room lovely location ok in walking distance to most sites even Vatican. The only little issue was getting a taxi organised to airport on leaving something went wrong, but that is jur a quibble. Also close to some lovely non touristy restaurants

The temperature of the water in the shower suddenly drops from time to time creating some interesting surprises
