We are also glad to know that you found our staff kind and helpful, especially Mohammad at the reception, and that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful view from your executive room. We are sorry if the mattress was not to your liking. Choosing the right mattress in a hotel is always a delicate matter: some guests prefer it firmer, some medium, and others much softer. Following the advice of our suppliers and the preferences most often expressed by our guests, we opted for a solution that in most cases ensures a high level of satisfaction. Nevertheless, we truly value your feedback, which helps us evaluate new ways to improve. We also apologize if you noticed some food smell in the executive room close to the rooftop. We are already working with our chefs and bartenders to minimize such occurrences, so that comfort remains our top priority. Regarding your arrival, our privileged position in the historic center comes with the restrictions of the ZTL (limited traffic zone). We understand the inconvenience of carrying luggage and are evaluating further solutions to make access easier for our guests. Dear Nishanth, we are sincerely sorry to read your review, as we believed we had addressed all the issues you reported with attention and promptness. We want to emphasize that the health and well-being of our guests are our absolute priorities, and for this reason, we immediately took action to verify the situation. After a thorough inspection, we personally confirmed that the odors you noticed in your room were most likely caused by a neighbor living close to the hotel who, while accessing the kitchen area in the courtyard, had used some spices that evening. We want to assure you that nothing harmful was present, and we find the description somewhat exaggerated. The room we assigned to you as a replacement was the most prestigious and expensive in the hotel, usually reserved for rates much higher than the category you booked. We offered you several upgrades, complimentary services, and discounts at our rooftop bar in an effort to demonstrate our full availability and care. Regarding the air conditioning, we promptly acted to check its proper functioning and, in collaboration with the company that installed the system throughout the hotel, we confirmed that the air conditioning was working perfectly. With the utmost attention and care for our guests, wishing them to take away a wonderful memory of their stay with us, we also offered cocktails at our The Gin Corner bar and a discount on dinner. We remain at your disposal and hope you may reconsider your experience, recognizing the commitment made by all our staff and ownership to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
