THE BEST VIEW!!! This place was perfect. The space was super clean, the bathroom was big, comfortable and clean. The shower was great, water pressure and temperature was perfect. Paolo was so welcoming, helpful, professional and attentive. Like anywhere in Cinque Terre if you want this view you will need to walk up some stairs. Overall 10/10!

Beautiful view. Very clean. Big bathroom. Nice balcony. Area beautiful. AC works well. Description very clear about the steps up. Do not under appreciate that fact. We are both able and not unfit. Much more fun at first than by the end. Vernazza is small. Even though the place is by the water, the furthest point from the train station, it’s about 5 minute walk. Bottom of the steps empties onto the main piazza-Beautiful! This particular unit being so high up is not without benefit. Before we went, I read about Gianni Franzi and the deck being a must for a pre-dinner drink. Walked out to leave first night and 20’ from the unit is the Gianni Franzi deck. What a stunning intro to Vernazza! If you stay at this unit, you can’t miss out on that!! Only thing is the balcony is narrow and the AC unit on the balcony, when on, blows warm air onto the chair by the table. Overall 9/10 because I’m tough to give a 10. Paolo very nice and welcoming. Place very nice. Vernazza a sweet spot in Cinque Terre. Big recommend!

Location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre. Paolo was a fantastic host, everything worked so well and the room was nice, modern and clean.

Not a problem for us, but the stairs all the way up to the property can be tricky for some. Everything else we loved!

Beautiful view -perched at the top.

It’s small but perfect for sleeping / bathroom. We didn’t spend too much time in the room but it was clean and the AC works great. They were so nice and even helped us with our bags! We counted the steps it’s 110 steps to get to the room which was a cool unique experience

Location and the view couldn’t be any better really nice staff and host. Very accommodating with all the stairs by helping bring up my luggage since I had twisted my ankle in Florance.

I wish there had been more extra blankets just to accommodate those who needed them.

Location is perfect, and the views are fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge is ideal. Bathroom looks to be recently updated and is spotlessly clean and modern. Checking in and out with Paolo/Marco was very easy - they were flexible in letting us check in early. Really enjoyable stay!

Internal walls were paper thin - could hear everything form next door and thankfully they weren't noisy after 10pm. Bedside lamps are fairly blinding, but that is nitpicking.

Wow!!! While the walk up the narrow, winding passageways and steep steps to the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues or giant suitcases, the view from the terrace is well worth your efforts. It is simply spectacular (better than the photos). One of the best views of the town in Vernazza. Communication with the owner was excellent (WhatsApp) making for a quick and smooth check-in/out. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with a coffee machine and mini fridge. Very nice bathroom. You're also in the heart of Vernazza - just a short walk down to the heart of the town and to all the restaurants.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion: some wine glasses would be nice while we sit on the terrace, drink local Cinque Terre and Tuscan wine and take in the spectacular view.

All the steps to get up to the place with luggage but it was definitely worth it.

Location & the view was great from our balcony, however, the place was a bit hard to find. The bathroom is super spacious! The stay was comfy. The bedroom was pretty basic.

It was tough carrying the suitcases up the stairs to the building & then again up the stairs to the apartment itself! Fortunately we read some reviews before booking & downsized our suitcases & left one in our car in La Spezia, otherwise it would have been tough for me.

Not very sound proofed. We could hear everything in the apartment next door.
